Bed and Breakfast In the Sun - Quinto di Valpantena, Verona

I am filling this out again because, I think, I didn't click the right thing the first time. We enjoyed our stay at In the Sun B & B. Kristin, our host, was wonderful and made us feel at home. We stayed four nights. The breakfasts he made were fantastic with homemade bread and lots to eat including nuts and fruit. Since I am allergic to dairy products, he bought soy milk for me to drink. Kristin's homemade jellies were delicious. The only scary part was the road to his place. It is fairly narrow, winding, and a short section was gravel. Since we are country people, the gravel didn't bother us... just that the road was rather narrow and curvy. Well, Kristin cannot control the highway department. We are country people and enjoyed our stay here rather than in town as we would rather hear roosters crowing than horns honking. We enjoyed meeting and visiting with other guests as well. Kristin also will pick guests up at the train station and drop them off at the nearest bus stop so they can go into town and explore Verona. One day we took a train to Vienna making this B & Be an even better place to stay as there were other places in the area to visit as well. We have already reccommended this place to family and friends. It is a great place to stay even if you only want to lounge around. He has a garden with a table outside where we picked up internet and spent some time on our computer. Another good point is that Kristin directed us to a grocery store in town where we purchased the makings for sandwhiches so we could come back in the late afternoon and eat those for supper rather than going out again. It was just a wonderful place.

Very nice B&B in the beautiful hills surrounding Verona. It's very off the beaten track and far on the hill but if you have a car it's no problem at all. It even has parking facilities for some cars. Free Wifi, small garden, veranda, very nice and friendly atmosphere, Christian is a wonderful host providing us with organic breakfast creations, fruits, great coffee and good advice where to find nice restaurants in the area. Room was clean, wooden floor with nice furniture and modern bathroom.

Truly in the sun but the best is waking up every morning to Cristian's homemade breakfast of breads, pastries, yogurt and fresh juice. Cant wait to return...

After you get there it is worth it!!!!!! Christian is great, with his cooking skills your breakfast will be perfect!!

Beautiful , peaceful setting. Our host, Christian was very gracious and pleasant. Hotel was a little difficult to find even with his detailed map. Parking was challenging for a large vehicle but we made it work. Wished out room had a fan, it was VERY hot! However, I would stay again.

Christian is absoluty fantastic, the place is so beautiful and we hope to come back soon with friends. The best breakfast in my life.

We changed our original reservations in the City of Verona to be able to spend one night at B&B IN THE SUN - and we were really happy that we did. Christian was a great host, the beds were comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the breakfast was fantastic! Wish we could have stayed longer! It was just what we needed for some rest and relaxation.

Thanks very much Christian for providing a great overnight stop near Verona. A beautiful, warm and welcoming house in a truely, sunny, stunning location. We loved the 'Piper' restaurant that you recommended only 5 minutes drive away! This place is worth the detour!

Overall we enjoyed our stay, our room was as expected. We had quite some difficulties to find the place because some roads get closed during summer time... Suggest to include detailed alternative road map... Christian is very kind and gave us tips on where to go around Verona. He is championing the B&B without support which is quite remarkable. Well done!!

B&b semplice, ottimo per punto d'appoggio, strada per arrivarci un po stretta ma a 5 minuti da verona.......ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
