Location was excellent - although it would have been difficult to find without the help of the taxi driver. It was further from the train station than we expected and would have been a challenging walk with luggage.

We were four ladies travelling by car. The premises where a bit difficult to find, as the sign on the street was difficult to se and the B & B had no sign at the front door. The B & B Arena is located very near to the Arena of Verona and not far from the to piazzas and Juliettas house. We were very pleased with our stay at the Arena.

The room was smelling of cigarette smoke, although it is a non smoking B&B (they tried their best to minimise it, though). Had asked for a quiet room, it was not (traffic outside). Very nice staff, but we had to wait 15 minutes for them to turn up upon arrival. Otherwise very nice stay, good breakfast, excellent location.

We had a little trouble finding this B&B, because the street sign is faded. But once you're there, it's very nice!

Verona is not the cheapest place to stay during the Opera Festival. Luckily we were able to find this B & B place in the historical center with quite reasonable rates and close to the Arena (5 minutes by walking). The hosts were very hospitable and friendly, and after complaining about the non-functioning aircon (it was 35C), it was finally fixed. Then the room - which was spacious, well pointed and had a nice balcony- was great and cool to sleep after the amazing Aida-Opera. Nice breakfast. Great location. Would certainly return to this great B & B and this beautiful city.

The Arena is a wonderful place to stay for young people because there is no elevator and the room we occupied required climbing two steep stairs. It is located very conveniently close to the "Arena" where we went to take in the "Aida" and thus a great place to stay for just a couple of days. The owners of the Arena were GREAT!!!

very nice location! only 5 munites from famous Arena, and easy to find Bar, kiosk, trattria from this B&B. Room equipments were well provided and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Though so many guests of "Arena di Verona" were needed to go back to their accomodations located near the Lakeside, one hour drive from Verona center, even in the middle of night, in the heavy rain and thunders, I could easily back to this tiny lovely B&B on foot!! How nice! Thank you Giuseppe!

Had a wonderful stay here. Owners are very hospitable, and my room was immaculate and huge. The en-suite bathroom alone was larger than many single rooms I've stayed in elsewhere! It can be a little tricky finding it, as the street sign for Via Terre isn't very conspicuous, and there's no sign for the B&B itself above the door (due to local laws restricting such signs, as I understand it)--if you're coming from the Piazza Bra, you need to follow the Via Pallone (alongside the city wall) and take the second left after leaving the piazza. The B&B is on your right--a pair of wooden doors framed by a grey stone archway (one story tall). Push the call button labelled "Arena B&B" and you'll get buzzed in. Otherwise, the location is amazing; I can't imagine you'll find a better deal for a place in the historical center. My only regret was that I only stayed here for two nights. Highly, highly recommended.

The Arena don't have a private garage - they offer reservations for this but send the guests to the public garage ( 10 minutes away ). So ... all hotels could offer private parking ! But the people were very friendly, the room was nice and clean and I can recommend it anyway.

Guiseppe and the Arena BandB were amazing hosts. The photos on Venere don't do justice to the quality of the rooms (See my personal shots below), they were very large and brand new. Nothing was to much trouble, Guiseppe helped with parking and gave us the code to his wi-fi! Just what we needed. A home away from home.

Wonderfull . 10 minutes walking distance from the trainstation, 500 meters to the arena and 1000 meters to the historical centre. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood with good quality and price and not touristic. The owners Maria and Giuseppe are very kind and helpfull!

The Arena was wonderfully situated only a short walk to the Arena and shopping plaza. The entrance was very private from the street and had a warm welcome from our host who also carried our luggage upstairs. The building has been completely renovated inside to a very high standard and we commented on the cleanliness. We were able to take our continental breakfast on a tray to have in our room on the small table provided. We stayed for 2 nights and would like to have stayed longer, we were able to walk everywhere and there was so much to see and do. A beautiful ancient city which, although busy, was relaxing place to stay.

We were delighted with the Arena B&B. The exterior of the building is very old, but the interior including our room and bathroom were very modern and lovely. The location near the arena is great. Very friendly people.

Wonderful place to stay. Good location, 5 mins walk to the Arena (not possible to see from the property though as suggested). My room was very big, large bathroom. Staff were lovely, very helpful. Would definately recommend to anyone staying in Verona.

We had a great time at Arena B&B! Guiseppe was the ideal host! He helped us rent a car and drove us to the train station on the morning we left. It was like staying with a friend. The location was great, too-right around the corner from the Arena. The rooms we spacious and clean. We would highly Arena B&B to anyone visting Verona!
