This B&B is located very close to and in the walking distance to the old Verona. The staff was very helpful -- finding a parking space for me and suggesting some 'must-see' spots in the town, as well as recommending some restaurants as we asked. A minor complaint is that we had some difficulty in adjusting water temperature of the shower in the bath room. Overall, with consideration of the location and the room rate, we were satisfied with the stay.

The brand new rooms in the second location of B&B Ad Centrum are located just a few steps from the Arena - perfect! The family is very nice and cares about their guests. Absolutely recommendable!

Despite an unusual welcoming (the previous family had not left when I arrived), the staff provided an acceptable weekend: the rooms were clean. Excellent position and quite area.

The owners were really polite and willing to help and advice. Familiar ambient, only few metres from Arena di Verona and center of the city.

We were going to the opera and our room was less than 200m from the Arena. It was also a good loction to explore historic Verona next day. Very comfortable

We stayed in the apartment situated about 200 meters from Arena. in the very heart of the city. Advantages: 1. Ideal location in the heart of old city 2. Air conditioned and clean room and bathroom 3. A nicely equipped shared kitchen 4. Comfortable and flexible check in\check out hours 5. Friendly service (Fabio speaks good English) Improvement opportunities: 1. No English TV channels (CNN, BBC, FOX, etc) 2. No hairdryer in the bathroom 3. Only one chair in the double room Lilia and Boris Levin , Israel

(+) The staffs are nice, friendly. Rooms are newly-refurnished, modern and clean (-) No Wifi. The owner tell me that I can use the Wifi public of Verona, simply register at Tourist office but it turn out I have to go to Bibliotheque to get it; just to realize that I can't get the Wifi from my room or from anywhere else in the hotel. So, no Wifi at all.

Excellent location only a very short walk to the old town and all sights. Cafe right across the road. University is close so bit of noise from student cafes but when you close windows and shutters at night noise is blocked out. Great hosts, even got a ride to train station on leaving. Would definitely stay there again. Karen Clarkin, Sunshine Coast, Australia.

Beautiful, but small room in a real B&B - had to cross the family's living room to get to our room. Warm and welcoming staff, whos spoke mostly italian. Nice breakfast in the living room. A little drawback not to have our own key, so we had to call the family before we got home.Others had keys though. Located just a few metres from the Arena, so it's very central, but unsure wheter i will return due to the key issue.

There are actually 2 locations for ad centrum. the first one is about 700m from the arena, next to the river, the 2nd one about 200m from the arena in a beautifully restored palazzo. we stayed in the 2nd place. excellent hosts who made us feel at home. great value for money (spent 91 Euros per night end July). highly recommended for leisure stay, not necessarily business travellers.

Do not expect any similarity to a hotel. It is a family home Very clean rooms, in a family house. The owners are wonderful hosts, who made us feel at home. The breakfast was substancial enough. Since "Ad-Centrum" is located on the left bank of river Adige, we just had to cross the bridge to get to the "heart" of the beautiful Verona (a pleasant 600 meters walk).

Bad ones: no internet access; the double bed was a sofa-bed; rooms are not silent; the shower had a problem with hot/cold water! Good ones: near to the center, personal keys.

This bed and breakfast is a home from home and we could not have been made more welcome. This was the first time we had been to Verona and we are recommending both the City and the Ad Centrum to all our friends.

Thank you very much! We had a great stay at Verona. Could leave our car directly in front of the B&B thanks to the owner! The rooms are nice, offer sufficient space and a private bathroom. The only thing was the noise the guests of the pub in the neighbour hood caused on saturday night. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay in this B&B in Verona very much and really recommend it!

According to the web information, this accommodation includes wireless internet, yet I couldn't find any. There are several wireless networks available, but i couldn't connect to any since they required password which I didn't have. The room is quite small, yet nice and romantic.

I think I was put in a different B&B than stated when I booked. It was in a different location and nothing like the photographs. It felt a bit like I was staying in someone's spare room. I was given a key to my room but had to ring the bell to be let in at night which made me feel I could'nt stay out too late. On the plus side was the location. A minutes walk from the arena, you could'nt be more central. If you want a basic room in a central location and don't mind knocking someone up at 1 in the morning ( some of the operas do not finish until then) then it's great, but confirm with them exactly which of their b&b's you are staying in.

I just lost my phone before I came to the hotel (thief on the bus) and I directly blurbed my story to the owner (young Italian guy who speaks good English), and he comforted me and it was really nice and welcoming. I stayed in a single room and my bed is comfortable and big. However when I stayed there , there was this very noisy sound of TV from the neighbor but I knocked on his door and soon the sound went down. Location is OK and it is not hard to find the location. What I do not like is the bathroom smelled a bit, but it was not dirty.

For just one night, nothing so relevant to be worthy of any other comment
