These are not luxury accommodations, but very pleasant, complete, useful, central, well-managed, restful. Everything is included in the price, except for the newly levied "tourist" tax (which is very low). Mr. Mario is knowledgeable and takes his time in sharing his love of Venice. I will certainly return there in the future.

Terrific accomodation in the heart of Venice. Very friendly & helpful staff. Our room had great air-con too. Perfect for a family of 4.

The accomodation at Zaguri is fairly basic, brekfast is ok and some rooms do not have windows with outside views. That said the property is clean, the staff helpful and friendly and the location is superb. Less than 5 mins to St Marks and just over 5 mins to Rialto, it's also worth mentioning that the property is only 2 minutes from the Acadamia bridge. Also No. 2 Vaporetto stops at Acadamia. I would stop at Zaguri again.

No view but a brilliant location! As the room had it´s own (nice) bathroom it felt like a small, basic hotel rather than a B&B. Breakfast was kept simple (toast, ham, cheese, some cereal and milk, boiled eggs and cake). Very pleasant atmosphere, warm welcoming, touristbooks to lend fot instance. We will definitely book it again. The only complaint concerns the host who wrongly informed us about the boat to the airport, and if we hadn´t checked for ourselves we would have missed it.

INCREDIBLE location. Just 5 min walk from St Mark's Square. Near a vaporetto stop. On a waterway with a view of the gondolas and waterway from the bedroom window of a 4 person room. Spacious. Quiet. Perfect accommodation to feel like a true Venetian. Would look on google earth before coming to familiarize yourself with its location. Right next to many food options. AC wasn't working. Fan on ceiling was good. Shower/bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was sufficient. Small refrigerator in room wasn't cold. Complimentary large water bottle was thoughtful. Loved it.

A well refurbished room with sufficient space and a very nice bathroom but on a ground floor without window which had not been advised(for a very high price as usual in Venice).

The rooms were very big and very clean and the location is superb to discover Venezia. Breakfast is very good, too and the price is - compared to other B&Bs - very reasonable. I can highly recommend this place!

This B&B is a great value and I have no hesitation in recommending it. While there are only three rooms, they are a good size with good bathroom. A good breakfast was provided. Since there is only a full staff in the morning, advise them of your arrival time and someone will be available to let you in and offer a welcoming drink, plate of snacks and any information you need. It is an easy walk from the Giglio vaporetto stop on Route 1.

It was exactly how we expected it to be which is not always the case when you book online. We would definitely return here.

This B&B was quiet, clean, spacious and in a great location; close to a water bus stop, designer shopping and St. Mark's Square. The staff was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to get requested information to us. The breakfast was okay but did not have as many offerings as the other places we stayed in Italy. This is likely because of the size of the property though.
