The staff was friendly and spoke fairly good English. The B&B was well situated and not on a main thoroughfare so was quiet. The room was pleasant but with low lighting so reading was difficult. Breakfast left something to be desired - processed breads, not very fresh, but good coffee!

Landlady was lovely although had very little english so hard to have many conversations with. Breakfast area was extremely small and very little choice of food. But double room was very nice. Bathroom not an en-suite was also quite small though. Cental location and ideal for exploring venice eventhough the watervus was a 10min walk away.

Venezia House is warmly recommended to all travelers seeking a centrally located accommodation in Venice. Venice is not so easily accessible for visitors but the staff really did all they could to assist us. The little B&B offered a friendly and flexible service, we loved our stay there.

Venice is beautiful but expensive, and the indications about the transport were not very good. They told us to take the water-bus to the hotel, but we discovered the way was too short to pay for it. The breakfast was good, but the room was not prepared for it, no chairs, small table. They didn´t clean the room and the bathroom every day.

By train
From Santa Lucia railway station, take the ACTV waterbus n°1 towards S. Marco. Get off at Riva di Biasio stop. The property is just a short stroll away.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time until 11 p.m. After your booking has been confirmed, please inform the B&B about your estimated time of arrival.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 a.m.
