A building of the 500 century, completely refurbished in 2006, inside a group of flats, built up by “Serenissima will” order to offer an house at “cheap rent” to the workers of the ancient Arsenale. It puts at your disposition a modern accomodation in a context that lives the history.
Three double rooms with bed and breakfast treatment.
The green room is located at ground floor with an indipendent entry for your privacy and private bathroom with shower. A double or two single beds with wardrobe in a simple and functional style. The pale-blu room, located at the second floor, very bright and wide with double or two single bed and shutters in real venetian style. Bathroom. Aside.
The blue room, on the same floor, with double beds, young and informal style with bathroom aside.
If you want a more independent solution we offer you two nice apartments with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Perfect for two persons, can comfortably accommodate up to five.
We'll offer you warmth and hospitality, to spend an unforgettable holiday.

The location was fantastic and our hosts very welcoming but the stay was let down by the breakfast provided - all sweet and chocolate , only ate there once, also the Green Room airconditioning was not working properly making the room and bedding very damp.

We stayed in separate apartment; good value for a family or small group. We arrived late and owner met us at boat stop and walked us to hotel, stopping to help us buy some food from a restaurant en route. Very helpful and welcoming!

Its better to not choose this hotel because this is not an HOTEL,but an house..you cant search the hotel soon because its in unexcepted area..we searched this hotel for about 1 n 1/2 hour and finally we got this house after many hurdles..but the house owner charged us 50 euro fine for coming late 1 hour saying all stupid reasons,as we were late in search of this hotel...poor breakfast..cruel owner..i just hate this hotel casa mia...if u choose this one,be sure u dont go late..

Bad pre-information about room,no daylight, low ceiling, small room,very littel breakfast only 1 cup of coffee and 1 bread.132€ pr. night ! Good bathroom.

How to reach A casa mia... Bed and Breakfast
By carPass the crossing point of the speedway A4 or A27 and follow the directions to Venice. Crossed the Ponte della Libertà (“freedom bridge”), park you car in one of the payment parking in Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto. From Tronchetto take the ACTV waterbus number 2, 3 or DM to Piazzale Roma. From there take the ACTV waterbus number 41, 51, 61 or 2 and go down at Giardini-Biennale or Arsenale stop.
You have the choice to leave your car in Mestre or Marghera and reach Venice by bus or train.
By train
From Venezia Santa Lucia train station, take the ACTV waterbus number 41,51,61 or 2 line and go down at Giardini-Biennale or Arsenale stop.
By airplane
From Venezia “Marco Polo Airport” take the Alilaguna red line (motor boat) that in about 60 minutes will bring you at Venice Centre. Go down at “Arsenale” stop
