Conveniently located a 10 minute walk from the railway station. It's close to the San Marcuelo vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal (Line 1) and for Line 2, the railway station is nearby. The boat (Orange Line) to/from the airport stops at Guglie, less than 5 minutes walk to the front door. The door can be tricky to locate on first arrival - if you arrive at night, look for the red lighting above the door. We visited for a weekend in January 2011, and the welcome was very friendly - it appeared we were the only guests because it was low season. We were offered breakfast in our room at no extra charge (despite the description saying that this is provided in a nearby cafe). Clean, spacious room with a very modern, well-appointed bathroom. At the price we paid, this was excellent value for money, and our hosts could not have been more friendly. Highly recommended

Very nice owner. The room was very clean and tidy. We had a spacious room at the back which was very quiet.
