Bed and Breakfast Al Saor - Venice
Cannaregio 3904/a - Calle Zoti - Venice
877-662-6988The property, located in a characteristic, 19th-century Venetian house, finely restored and decorated, ensures that guests have a successful stay in Venice, far from the crowded areas.
In this splendid setting, guests will be surrounded by the full attention of the owner who will be ready to satisfy any kind of request and provide the best service.
We had a giant apartment instead of a hotel room, it was little scary sometimes, especially a Jesus corner at the entrance.

Al Soar B&B was a great choice. Centrally located and great value for money. Our room featured a well-appointed kitchen which meant we were able to eat dinners in and save on restaurants. And we were very well looked after in the breakfast department. Host, Sylvia, was lovely and made it easy for us to extend our stay for a night when we decided we could not drag ourselves away. Looking forward to staying there again if ever we get a chance to revisit Venice.

Overall good quality and service, we would return there again if we ever visited Venice again for sure. The only problem was that the main door was very difficult to open as there was a problem with the lock.

We stayed in the large room on the top floor because there were 2 adults and 2 children and it worked out fine. The location is fantastic-central to everything and not far from the railway station. It was perfect for our needs even with a small kitchen. Would recommend it highly.

We spend a very good day & night in this hotel. The employees are very welcoming. The room was typical and wonderful, and the breakfast was generous. There was the clim in the room. The hotel is very closed to a commercial avenue, with everything you need (bank, pharmacy, supermarket...) No doubt with this hotel, you can check-in the eyes closed.

We stayed in an apartment, not in the bed and breakfast, so there was no public area as such. It is a very old, historic building, and the layout is wonderfully strange, but we loved it! The large bathroom is up a flight of very steep stairs, which could be a problem for some travelers, but there is a small WC with cramped shower on the ground floor. The location is very convenient. Breakfast supplies were provided for us to prepare our own, and there was a small interior patio. We had some noisy neighbors somewhere above us one night and early risers on other occasions, but we stayed 4 nights and were sorry to leave!

We've just returned from three days in Venice and enjoyed our stay at the Al Saor. Accommodation is great - right one, what we need. As we were all days in the city, we prefer simply service. Al Soar gives us all we need. Comfort for sleeping and rest, cleanness, and good relatively (for Venice standard) good breakfast. Pension is near the Centrum of city, but in calm street. We had a room for four people with own kitchen below the roof - in case of sun shining, there was a little bit hot, but there was air-condition available in the room. The owner/family are very friendly, speak good English and cannot do enough to make your stay a pleasant one.

All kind of clientele which do not want to be far away of the main attractions and pay high amount of prices. We stayed at the top of the building and the only issue I had was with my neighbours next room as the walls are too thin between the rooms.

This is a nice B&B. We were here on our honeymoon. The room had a lot of charm and was very clean but was a bit on the small side. Make sure to check the B&B's website for directions. Hotel was very quiet at night. Very nice room for the price.

Room was clean and quiet, but a little dark. As we visited the sights and museums all day, this was no problem. Facilities as described on the Webpage, very good. Employees quite friendly, but only available in the morning during breakfast. Breakfast was a bit poor (only sweet things, but that seems to be normal in Italy). Generally we had a great stay and the Bed&Breakfast was allright for our needs. The price was ok for the perfect central location.
