Bed and Breakfast Abbazia De Luxe - Venice

Very helpful staff, very clean room and bathroom, modern and new just like the photos on the website. We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is very nice, but my room was extremely small, it has only the space for the double bed. the bathroom was clean and nice. the view was actually ugly since all we could see was a court on the back of a restaurant, i guessed from the smell of fried oil. the breakfast was quite rich and the staff was friendly. i think that this hotel is a good choice for people who can purchase the suite rooms which are bigger and with a view on the canale grande.

Perfect location for us if you are on the move, right near station and Piazzale Roma, but near enough so taht you are in the huste and bustle of old Venice. Room with canal view which lived up to its description! perfect end to honeymoon!!

Nice room design and very close to the central station, just take for less than 3 mins. Just one thing we were not satisfied is one of the staff was not very helpful when we asked for his help on the wifi service, which the IP address was renewed without being informed.

Our standard room was functionnal but very tiny.

The staff at Abbazia De Luxe were some of the best I have ever encountered at a hotel or bed and breakfast. They made us feel like like friends, rather than just guests and repeatedly went above and beyond to make us welcome and comfortable.

We loved the location of this hotel.Do not base your fist impression on the entrance,wait until you get inside it was amazing.Julie the lady who greeted us was so efficient and friendly. we would definately stay there again.

Goede ligging bij station en aanlegsteiger vaporettos.Echt mooie kamers:kregen na drie nachten gratis upgrade naar grotere kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt in prijs inbegrepen.Bizonder vriendelijke bediening. Mochten laatste dag over kamer beschikken tot vertrekuur.Een aanrader!!

We enjoy our stay at Venice in this hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Good location. We recommand this hotel.

We was in low season, so 85 euro for room with a veaw to the Grand Channel - it was great! Not so close to San Marco, but all stations and vaparetos was in 2 min walking. Everithing was good exept rather poor breakfast. And fot a cup of tea you chould go to the next hotel. In this small appertments was no posibilities to make something hot - no teapot, no kitchen, no bar.

I especially loved the bathroom. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again.

A lovely room with canal view. Spacious and modernly decorated. The location was fantastic being so close to the railway station and noise was never an issue. The staff were friendly and helpful and everything was within walking distance. We would definately recommend staying here and would stay here again should we return to Venice.

Although we stayed for only one night it was truly magical! We were upgraded to the suite which was absolutely posh! We had a beatiful view of the Grand Canal and could hear the bustling sounds of Venice as we soaked in the tub. If we ever return we will stay here. Thanks again!

Immaculate, beautifully designed and amazing value for money considering you are in Venice and it is so lovely. I would really reccomend this to any couples who love that boutique type hotel. On arrival they provide you with a brilliant map and wil answer any questions you have.

Our stay in the Abbazia Deluxe was wonderful, we could not have asked for more. The room was very clean, the breakfast service was impeccable and extremely timely (we requested for breakfast to be brought up to our room each day), the location was wonderful (10 paces away from the #1 and 2 vaporetto service which stops at every major point of interest), and the service was excellent. One thing that impressed us greatly was the responsiveness of the staff and the high quality wireless internet connection they provided. Without a doubt we will happily stay in the Abbazia Deluxe B&B each time we go back to Venice!!! Hopefully soon!!!

A very nice hotel, very kind employees, very clean rooms and a great breakfast! It has only 5 rooms, that's why there is no reception open at night, then you get the frontdoor-key that's great, works fine!

This hotel is excellent! Don't miss the entrance. It is only 5m from the main streen and it on your left. We confused Abbazia Hotel, 50m from the main street. Breakfast is so good. I recommend you to stay this hotel.

Abbazia De Luxe definitely far exceeded my expectations. This was my first trip to Italy and Abbazia De Luxe was the first stop. I had read reviews for other hotels which showed concerns about being near the train station. It was very safe everywhere. I was welcomed very nicely by the staff. The room was small in size but we already knew the size of the room and that was not a concern at all because I came to Venice to enjoy Venice not to admire the room. If you're concerned about the room size of the room then obviously you're not in Venice to enjoy the outside. The room was extremely well equipped with phone, very comfortable bed, very nice and clean modern bathroom. I stayed in 4 Bed and Breakfasts in Italy during this trip and Abbazia De Luxe was the one of the two places that had nice warm rooms in the middle of the winter. I actually had to ask for a fan and they provided it promptly which was very nice. The other super nice service feature was their internet. Out of all the BnB I stayed Abbazia De Lux was the only one who provided me a laptop in my room to check my emails and download my pictures. The place is about 2-4 minutes from the train station. I actually walked much farther thinking its too good to be true for a place so close. Interestingly you cannot even tell that there is a train station so close. The breakfast was very well prepared. This is no exaggeration that I payed the lowest for Abbazia among all the BnB's I stayed in and they had the best amenities. Their staff is very helpful in finding places and giving directions. Everyone spoke English very well so communicating was no problem at all. I am very satisfied with their services and amenities and I would definitely stay there again and again for my future visits to Venice.

There was a little confusion between Hotel Abbazia and the B&B Abbazia Deluxe, as Hotel Abbazia is a little further down the cute tiny street. The B&B happened to have a little flood, but we are in Venice and it did not affect our room in any way. The room we had was very comfortable, very clean, and wonderfully quiet. You could really lay your head down in total comfort. The breakfast was great, it was more like a brunch. I did find it expensive, more expensive than the Hotel Abbazia, maybe because it's newer. Location was great, i was a little worried about being by the train station. But it was not a problem. Overall experience was wonderful. I would stay here again if the prices were a bit lower.

Notre séjour à Venise et à l Abbazia de luxe a été formidable. Chambre tres agréable et accueil trés sympathique. Seule ombre au tableau: l accueil des vénitiens dans les transports et dans les restaurants.Si possible éviter juillet et août. Venise est incomparable et nous conseillons vivement cette destination magique!!!

Excellent location if coming from the airport by bus or taxi - only 10 minute walk. Wonderful room - very romantic. Excellent breakfast. They could clarify better about checking in at the main Abbazia hotel up the street - to avoid confusion. I would not hestitate in recommending this hotel to others. We stayed in room 3 - lovely room and VERY red!

Our first night on our honeymoon was spent in Venice at the Abbazia De Lux and it was great! We searched for a hotel for days and took a chance with Abbazia and were very happy overall. The shower is complicated, so you may want to ask for instructions. Otherwise, the room, staff and location were all wonderful. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

It was excellent B&B. Stunning accomodation. Just on our arrival in the evening there was noone to check us in (no reception desk) and we didn't know where to look for someone. So it took about an hour to find out, that there's a guy few doors away who does check ins at Abbazia.Otherwise really worth to be there. Breakfast- delilcious, and great location.

The room might have been mistaken for a boudoir; it was so red. The decorations were, however, very warm and superficially very fine; the room large; the shower fascinating and full of colourfully-bottled cosmetics; and the breakfast ample and in modern but not minimalist surroundings. The cleaner turned on the air conditioning before our arrival from days in the city. There was a safe in the room. I recommend highly.
