No breakfast, no card-payment facility, no privacy (top of the walls were made of glass or perspex) and as is often the case in Italy, I was woken by the cleaners shouting down the corridors to each other at 8.30. Also, there's nowhere to wait while the manager arrives. He lives 10 minutes away.

The pictures on the web don't give justice to the place. It is far better than that. My recommendation is to hire a good professional and update the web site. There is an arrangement for having breakfast at a nearby bar. I would be nice to find way for having breakfast in the B&B instead.

Room Details
All of the 5 guest rooms are fully furnished and provide comfortable and centrally located accommodation. The rooms are suitable for single, double and triple occupancy. The 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other one with a Jacuzzi bathtub, can be booked as en suite or shared facilities, depending upon what room type is chosen.Being a historic building, the rooms have high-ceilings and large windows. There is also a standard range of amenities, including colour TV and mini fridge. A hair dryer, as well as iron and iron board are available on request.
Additional beds and cots can be supplied upon request too.
