After a bit of a jaunt on foot from the train station we were very pleasantly surprised by Villa Angelina. We received a great welcome from Andrea and Whiskey (the doggie), the rooms were spacious, and the shared bathrooms no problem at all. The breakfast was plentiful, and the all-day espresso-maker an added bonus. Great value! We hope to visit again.

I liked Villa Angelina because it is very quiet, close to central area, sufficiently equipped, clean. My standard was completely satisfied. I think I will stay there again in a few months.

B&B is a residential house in a residential are of Treviso and is a little tricky to find. There is very limited car parking. Andreas runs it, speaks good English and is lovely. The bedrooms are large and fairly quiet. The bathrooms are large, but shared. Everything is clean and works, but it is all old (1970s). Breakfast is included, self service in the house's kitchen, and is average. Approx 1km from train station and 1h train ride to get to Venice. Good value for price, but is a long way from Venice, which was the reason we were there.

Very friendly and accomodating completely care free stay, with the loveliest dog imaginable at the property (nearly took him home in my wash bag by the way the dog's name is Whisky.)

We were greeted when we arrived, Andrea was warm and helpful. He gave us good reccommendations regarding places to eat. The price for value received is excellent. There are two bathrooms for three rooms. Never a problem during our stay.

The map sent by the owner was very difficult to follow. The garden terrace, which was supposed to the highlight, was very dirty. There were weeds and tall grass all around. The house is a very interesting architectural piece with beautiful antiques.

To recommend when to want to visit easily Venise. Also the stay in Treviso is very nice. I would prefer to stay in Treviso in stead of in Venise. The best way to visit Venise is going by train from Treviso.

Nice place: big rooms (no TV except in lounge) and great bathroom. We enjoyed having the run of the house including kitchen for cup of tea etc. Andrea was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. The house is hard to find if you are walking so call first. Dont go to the town info centre like we did - its a waste of time. No internet. We would go back happily.

Host was friendly. Guests fixed their own breakfast but supplies were available. Room was clean and bed was good. Host gave us a ride to train station when we left. Booked here because of proximity to Venice. Easy train to Venice.

We liked the balance between good accommodation and the freedom of helping oneself to breakfast. The lounge room space is admirable and has a wonderful library of books about the area and its art. Very helpful information from Andrea about going about the town and restaurants etc. Directions to the accommodation were extremely good. Taxi arrangements were offered and phoned for. We are so impressed by "Villa Angelina" and its owner that we are definitely recommending it to friends.

The price of the B&B was excellent and Andrea was most welcoming and provided lots of useful information. The use of common areas was great and made me feel as though I was being welcomed into a home rather than just another accommodation. The B&B is located outside of Treviso centre but was a very convenient walk. Additionally it was set in a very peaceful and tranquil location so the lack of noise was a big bonus. I was on holidays for 2 weeks in Italy and stayed in Treviso for 2 nights.

According to the advertising there were to be 3 bedrooms sharing 1 bath. We don't normally share bath, but since it was difficult to find other facility at that time we accepted it. There was an additional bedroom with 4 beds - never mentioned anywhere. And only 1 bath. Totally unacceptable for us. The pictures showed a nice dining room. We were asked to have breakfast in the kitchen - room for 4 people. That meant that some of the guests had to have breakfast on a tray - where ??????? Since it rained or was wet, the outside could not be used. Why was the dining room not available for the guest if it was shown among the pictures. Why was it not mentioned. We cut our stay short by 2 days. It is a wonderful Villa, quiet, not too far from the autobahn or trainstation. But correct information is vital. Everybody had trouble finding Villa Angelina. It is really hidden away in a family neighborhood. The map is terrible. We were ready to give up finding it when we ran across some guests staying there. Andrea seemed angry that we left early. That is understandable, but maybe he should stick to the facts before accepting tourists. Otherwise he is a very pleasant young man. We never saw any servants so could not comment on them, not knowing whether he looked after everything or somebody else did.

Loved it! Andrea welcomed us at the airport, took us to his B&B, which is a large house that his mother owns, and then he took us to get pizza. He also took us back to the airport the next morning. Very friendly and inviting b&b! Try it, you'll like it!

Very reasonable rates in a bright B&B with great service from Andrea. A bit of a stroll from Treviso town but if you want somewhere to stay to facilitate airport access this is a find! oh... and Treviso's worth visiting in its own right - very friendly place with some amazing frescos.

Nothing better after a hard days sightseeing than being able to relax on the patio with a nice glass of wine. This is where booking a villa has the edge on hotel accomodation. fantastic place to stay and the owner so easygoing.

A lovely property, but be aware that it is not in the town centre. It is the other side of the railway station, something that is not made clear in either the map or directions.

This is a lovely place to stay with a welsoming and very helpful host. Treviso is a real working Italian city, not a tourist centre and it has a fabulous market. The Villa Angelina is beautiful inside and out and set in a leafy suburb. I can't wait to go back.

We had a lovely time in Treviso - it's a really, really nice place & much more that just a stop-over on the way to Venice. We arrived at the airport late at night and were picked-up without having to wait around. The room was spacious, clean, and homely. They were always friendly & helpful & breakfast was really good too. The only negative (and it is NOT the fault of Villa Angelina in any way at all) were the loud, selfish, & dumb Americans who were there that morning ... hopefully they're not representative of the majority.
