Located in the north of Catania, at the doors of the Etna Park, just a few kilometers from the wonderful Taormina sea. This b&b situated is in a great position that enables the guests to easily reach all the most beautiful places in the eastern Sicily.
The b&b “A Casa dell’Artista” (“The House of the Artist”) hosts it’s guests in a typical Sicilian atmosphere. Paintings and sculptures, made by the owner of the house, give to the rooms and shared halls a touch of creativity and elegance.

Bepe and Margi were excellent hosts with advice on our local travels. Lovely colorful home in the foothills below Mt. Etna which we could view daily from our balcony. Room was large, nicely furnished, good bathroom. Breakfast of juice, coffee, rolls and cake. Cereal available. Hosts always attentive and eager to help. Only problem was our difficulty finding this out-of-the way little town and address. Our instructions were in Italian so it would help having them in English also. Even though location not easy to find and it was 20 minutes from the Autostrada, the little town is nice and quiet, as is the neighborhood of Casa dell"Artista. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Il Bed and Breakfast è raggiungibile dall'autostrada A18. Uscire a "San Gregorio" o "Paesi Etnei" e seguire le indicazioni per Trecastagni. Il B&B si trova nei pressi della nuova caserma dei carabinieri in Via F. De Roberto,40 (giunti al civico 36 rallentare ed imboccare la traversina fra il civico 36 ed il 48, il B&B è la villa che chiude questa stradina)
