Ambientazione eccezionale, consigliato a chi cerca un'oasi di tranquillità e relax.Ottima accoglienza. Massima disponibilità da parte dei proprietari,che hanno dispensato ottimi consigli per la nostra vacanza umbra.Colazione ricca e molto colorata. ...da ritornarci!

Difficoltà notevole per il raggiungimento del bed & breakfast. Nessuna indicazione e la strada non è asfaltata per circa 2 km. Impossibile lasciare aperte finestre nella notte perchè prive di persiane e zanzariere. Manca armadio e frigorifero. Servizi igienici non a norma infortunistica.

The room we stayed in was musty, rust on the ceiling, and too many cats coming in and out. Directions were good, but this is "off the beaten path". The owner offered us a lovely breakfast, but proceeded to give us his opinion on everything, and was quite fatalistic. I would not recommend this B&B, even at the low price.

Bellissima struttura con personale veramente gentile. semplice da trovare con le indicazioni fornite dal proprietario. unico neo bagno in comune con altri ospiti (dalla mia stanza si sentivano tutti i rumori!) e doccia approssimativa. Giudizio generale buono ma forse con 60 euro si può legittimamente pretendere qualcosina in più.

Directions were excellent. Roads to property were all in good condition. Lorenzo was extremely helpful and personable and made his home ours during our stay. Our room was large with a beautiful view of Todi in the near distance. It was an excellent location to tour and enjoy Umbria. We recommend it highly.

Room Details
Similar to the classic, international Bed & Breakfast, but with a typically Italian touch. On the first floor we have two guest-rooms, the West Room (14 sq.m.) and the South Room (24 sq.m.).Each room can be set up with twin, double or bunk-beds. All the beds are complete with mattress, pillows and blankets. If you're not bringing your own sheets, pillowcases and towels, we'll supply them (an extra 1,5 euros per person).
The Rose
- 60 square metres: two bedrooms, one living-dining-room with cooking area, two bathrooms. Sleeps 2 + 2. Private outdoor space overlooking a wonderful panorama.
The apartment has two entrances, one in the living-dining room, and the other in the smaller room, which can be arranged either as a second sleeping room or a living room.
In the bathrooms and cooking areas you have hot and cold running water, and the apartments are fitted with independent heating systems for the winter. If you require it we will supply you with colour TVs and videotape recorders. Hair-dryers and irons are also available, and we can laundry for you.
