This place is absolutely amazing. The host, Michele was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beautiful. Free internet and free spa were a bonus. If you go to Taormina, you must stay here!

Six night stay in Taormina was made more enjoyable by the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. We had space to do our own thing and sometimes exclusive use of the public areas. The view from the terrace was amazing and the attention to detail was impressive. The four larger rooms shared two bathrooms, the smaller Herb Ritts Room had its own ensuite. Our gracious host, Michele, went out of his way to explain the merits of Isoco and Taormina and made our stay memorable. The daily breakfast/brunch served on the terrace was another highlight.

It was unforgetable. Thanks to the owner, Michele,we found the hotel in first try.He waited for us and welcomed us even at 11hours pm (traffic jams on the way) and not just that - he provide us with so many useful inforamtion about Taormina and Sicily that aou trip was unforgetable. The hotel is very very good and clean and we felt very welcomed.Though maybe Michele should work something on sound-isolation (probably just a few things on the door), since I heard almost everybody going from his room and talking to his roommate :-))

This was our best night stay in Italy! Micheale was wonderful. He helped with places to go, would make any food you wanted to order. Each room was deacorated to a artists theme. The view overlooking the coast and sea from our room was spectatular. I believe he speaks at least five languages. It was a little walk from the bus stop to the Isoco but well worth the walk!

A friendly place to stay, even though we were a bit disappointed about not having a private bathroom. We were very happy with our stay.

Great place - and particularly nice host, Michele who was helpful and warm. Had free internet, which was a plus. Incredible view, and close to everything. Lovely garden as well/ A bit hard to find - took us 2 hours - the map on the site is not very helpful. Had to follow some kind gentleman in his car - else we would have never found it. As in most small Italian tourist towns, parking and driving in town is not easy. Park somewhere and walk/climb. Everything is accessible on foot.

The biggest surprise was that the guest house excels in catering for the 'gay' market. The first time we realised this was when we arrived and were shown our clean, tidy and well decorated rooms and saw that the walls were adorned with male nude art. Not really a family venue - at least not for the average family. The location is good and the owner friendly and helpful. Ideal spot if your penchant leans that way - but I and my family will not be returning.

The guesthouse is a very warm and welcoming place - mainly due to its owner Michele. He was a perfect host for our time at his guesthouse. He speaks a lot of different languages and has a lot of tips to offer (restaurants, bars, shopping, beaches ...). The rooms may be a little the small but the garden is a wonderful resort of piece during the hot time of the day

Excellent guest house, very clean. Being a guest house don't expect too many extras - e.g. breakfast is an additional cost and late in the morning should you want it. The house is close enough to town anyway, so it really isn't a problem. You should also note that even though the information on this site states that credit cards are welcome, they aren't so you need to pay cash. Also there is no bar as stated (but this wasn't expected anyway). A final point... if you have heavy bags be prepared - the entrance to the house is up a good few stairs so travel as light as possible! Overall, I would recommend this guest house as we had an excellent time there - the location and views are superb and the house offers good value for money! Will we go back? Almost certainly!!

The guest house is almost in the very town center within a walkable distance from every touristic spot AND it's in a quiet street overlooking the beautifull coast. The owner has lived for more than 10 years in Germany and speaks an excellant German. He was extremely attentive and helped us making the best of our stay in Taormina. Breakfast is served in a beautifull garden and parking is no problem.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Michaele is an extremely gracious, courteous & welcoming host. There's a very cosy, relaxed & informal feel to the place enhanced by a spectacular view out across the sea. The rooms are nothing if not full of character!

Price could be discounted outside high season. Price high compared to other cities visited in Sicily but seems to be a good price for Taormina. The owner Michele is really great and will help you with anything.
