Very easy to get to from the circumvesuviana (Piano di Sorrento). Piano is not touristy like Sorrento, but Sorrento is a 4 minute metro ride away. Cheaper to eat, but not a lot of choices. The beach in Piano is a 20 minute walk (better than Sorrento!) Staff is great (Francesco is extremely helpful and nice.) No internet in Piano, hardly any internet spots in Sorrento either. Pool and garden did not meet expectations. Their 2 dogs roam the courtyard. I have no problem with dogs, but they are a bit mangy. Overall, nice stay and beautiful place.

Nice rooms with a beautiful view over the sea, very calm, good break-fast and helpful people. One can take the bus to come to the hotel and in high season it is may too expensive. Otherwise I highly recommand this place.

Francesco and Alessandra are great people and they really work from the heart - they offer genuine advice and are always there to help with questions. And they are very friendly and take time with their guests. It doesn't seem like a job for them. The B&B is in a good area, far enough from the mad touristic Sorrento centre yet very ideal to go to Sorrento or Naples.

On the motorway A3, exit at Castellammare di Stabia, then take the SS 145 statale until Piano di Sorrento exit.

By train
From the Naples train station, take the Circumvesuviana local train. Get off at the Piano Sorrento stop.

By airplane
From Naples Capodichino airport take the Curreri shuttle service, direction Sorrento-Penisola Sorrentina, and get off at the Piano di Sorrento stop.
