Luigi met us at the station and took us back to the appartment. His advice on where to eat and where not to eat was greatly appeciated. He had information on the activities we were considering. Overall it quickly became a home away from home.

Luigi went way overboard in helping me out in getting familiar with the area, driving me around, showing me where different things were. His hospitality was overwhelming. His B & B is in a great location, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and spotless. It was a great deal at a very reasonable price.

We stayed in Sorrento for 3 nights in July 2009. The property is located in a historic centre of the city, literally a two-minute walk to everywhere. It is very cosy, spatious and well-equipped with everything one needs for a holiday stay. We do travel quite a lot, but I don't think we ever met such a hospitable and courteous host as the owner of Sorrento Flats, Luigi. He was extremely nice, insisting to meet us, take us to a parking lot, arrange a breakfast in a nearby bar, indicate best places to eat at (avoiding tourist traps), give tips about nightlife, sightseeing trips etc. We will surely be returning to Sorrento, as the song says...

Luigi the owner, picking up my at the station and taking to the flats. The B&B was in a quiet street in the historic part of Sorrento within walking distance of the station and the shopping areas. Luigi also gave me lots of pamflets and ideas for making the most of our stay. Public transport is very cheap and we went on the Seta bus for E4 per person (valid for 24 hours) and went to Positano and Amalfi for the day. Amazing for us were the shops that open from 4pm to 8 pm - the town comes alive! We will surely reccommend this property to anybody.

Staying at Sorrento Flats B&B was one of the highlights of our trip. The property has a magnificent position over the historical center of the town. The owner Luigi is a charming, funny host who was extremely helpful with transport and anything we needed to know. Tranquil and personable place to stay.

What a fantastic place to stay. Luigi the landlord is the nicest and most helpful person on earth (but not intrusive) and the flats and location are so perfect. Set right in the narrow old town it doesn't get better than this. Clean rooms, 2 separate bedrooms and new linen and furniture. Truly excellent!!!

Ideal position in historic quarter of Sorrento, yet quite. The owner, Luigi, a charming young man, was extremely helpful with transport information & affordable restaurants. When the gas for the hot water ran out he was there within 10 minutes of my phone call to rectify the matter. Cannot recommend these aparments highly enough!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sorrento Flats. Luigi, the owner, was really accessible and helpful. The room was clean and spacious for the two of us. The location was perfect, it was quiet, but right in the heart of Sorrento. We had a fridge, gas stove, tv with cable, dining table, couch, coffee table. They were all helpful, but we really spent more time outside of our room. It was just nice to come back to. The breakfast options provided were great, we could either go to an Italian cafe or go to an English cafe to have an English breakfast (eggs & toast.

Pros: On arrival, found unit to be clean and well-maintained. We gained some insight into the lives of Sorrento residents since other residents and a craftsman share the same courtyard as the Sorrento Flats. Owner Luigi was helpful in mapping locations of different sites, ATMs and internet access points. Cons: We expected it to be smoke-free but it wasn’t. Owner Luigi not on site. His phone number was listed next to the doorbell but we didn’t have a European cell phone. We gained access because we arrived just as the cleaning lady was leaving. She called Luigi who said he would be there in ten minutes. We waited an hour and then left to eat. On our return we found a note that said he would be there that evening. Meeting him then required a change in our plans. Since we had given venere.com a credit card number to hold our reservation, we assumed we could pay for our 4-night stay with that credit card. But Luigi wanted cash. That resulted in a large international transaction fee for us. No cleaning or towel replacement during our 4-day stay.

Of all the places we stayed in Italy, this was our favorite. It was extremely clean, well decorated, a just like our own, private condo in Sorrento. Luigi was very professional and helpful. He gladly picked us up at the train station to show us to our flat and provided us with some excellent dinner recommendations.

I stayed at this B&B only one night but I liked this very much! The owner, Luigi, was very friendly and kind, he picked me up at the station. The room was big, very clean and quiet, and it had a kichen and air conditioner. It located in the central part of the city, it is very easy to go everywhere. From Sorrento it is possible to go to any other cities of the Amalfi coast, I recommend everybody to stay here! I want to stay at this B&B again on my next trip to Sorrento!

The owner, Luigi, insisted in picking us up at the station and taking us to the flats. Our flight was delayed and we only arrive after 11 pm, and there he was, all smiles and so pleasant! The flat was in a quiet street in the historic part of Sorrento within walking distance of the station and the shopping areas. We got vouchers for breakfast at a nearby "English Bar" that were more than enough to start the day. Luigi also gave us lots of pamflets and ideas for making the most of our stay. Public transport is very cheap and we went on the Seta bus for E4 per person (valid for 24 hours) and went to Positano and Amalfi for the day.
