Bed and Breakfast Relais Francesca - Piano di Sorrento, Sorrento

The hotel was very nice. The location is a little out of the way of the way. We arrived on a Sunday evening and had to go into Sorrento to find a place to eat, which meant taking the train. The breakfast was good. There are dogs near the hotel that bark a lot, although not at night. Unfortunately, the first night we were there there were several cats on our balcony growling at eachother for much of the night.

As mentioned the dogs were horrible. Barked all the time. you need a car to get around. would not stay here again.

The only bad thing about this B & B was that the neighbors hads dogs and they barked all the time!! it was a bit alloying for trying to rest. And there were cats fights in the middle of the night....

After spending four days here I can express only my compliments to our hosts. They were extremely kind and helpful, they presented a lot of taste in arranging and decorating the space. Everything is brand new, one feels comfortable and safe here. There is a nice courtyard in front of the house, with several well protected parking places and with a garden containing some distinguished plants. The property is surrounded with gardens full of huge lemon trees - typical for the Sorrento region. It's not far from the see coast. It is located close to the local train, which can take you to Neaples, Pompei... or to the center of Sorrento. I am particularly grateful to the lady at the reception, who was so nice and who gave me some maps and lots of useful information. If one comes here, he/she may be sure that employees really care for their needs and feelings.
