Really nice place, very picturesque, breakfast served was at times not very good, but lady was nice although limited english. Expensive taxi ride from station. Good walk from station through area but all uphill and very narrow streets.

My husband, daughter and myself stayed in one room. The room was clean and comfortable and we slept well. The price was an excellent value and my only complaint was the main house and dining area smelled of dogs (which came to the breakfast table and jumped on you) and the breakfast was quite sparse in comparision to other Italian B&B we have stayed at. The first morning was fine with yogurt, two different types of bread, jam and fruit. Cereal was available but no bowls or milk were out on the table. The second morning was literally just bread and water, the fruit was overly ripe. However, we did get as much coffee as we wanted which was excellent! My husband has dog allergies otherwise we would return and have breakfast in town.

Wonderful place with extremely friendly people! We could even ask for directions on the phone at 1 at night when we got lost, or rather stuck, in the tiny streets. Breakfast was great, very communicative. DO NOT FOLLOW THE GOOGLE MAPS DESCRIPTION! (Or GPS navigation.) It tries to guide you through streets that are narrower than a Lancia Y is wide. Follow the owner's description.

le camere sono umide e vecchie la colazione non è abbondante e di scarsa qualità tutta la struttura è piena di cose vecchie che danno anche un cattivo odore c'è poco posto per parcheggiare la macchina e la cucina da un senso di sporco un consiglio non andate

We stayed 5 nights there, and moved throughout the area. First impression was not that good, as the bathroom was not at level with the rest of the structure, and was not that clean. The house is very nice, and the owner makes you feel at home. A tip: when you are driving up to find the hotel, you need to turn left where you see the church of the cemetery. That way you will not miss it. MUCH BETTER TO STAY HERE THAN IN NAPOLI IF THE IDEA IS GO TO CAPRI, POMPEI, POSITANO, AMALFI, etc. Do not waste time going to Napoli, now it is not worth it. I would recommend this hotel, and would return.

The B&B is in a very quite area uphill of saint angelo. sorrounded by vines. Easy reach by car; the access is well signed by them just follow the "Il mirto Bianco" signs. Don't know how could you access on foot, seems impossible. The property is like an old villa. rooms are huge and old fashion furnitured; very well maintened and decorated. Breakfast is ok. Home-made cake was incredible.

We were late due to traffic out of Rome. It was dark upon arrival and we had a very difficult time finding the B&B. Not easy to locate if you are not familiar with area. Our room was on top floor, very small with bath across the hall. The family was very gracious and breakfast was served timely. One morning we left very early to catch a boat and were sent off with a breakfast to go. That was unexpected and very appreciated. You really need transportation to stay at this B&B. Not within walking distance of anything.

The owner was not much help when it came to asking questions about the area especially the ferry scheduling/parking to Capri. The room was very basic and although the bathroom was adequate, the bath towels had holes in them. also the location is listed as being a short walk to town, it was about 2.5 miles to Sorrento and about a mile to Sant'Agnello along a narrow and very winding road.

Mirto Bianco was located some 2 km up the hill from Sant'Agnello town and Circumvesuviana railway stop. Sorrento itself was some 4 km away. It could be a bit tiresome to walk down every time, so a car or a bike is a good choice for guests of this B&B. We used a rented car and our GPS took us to the all the way to property gates. Roads were narrow and surrounded by stone walls covering the lemon orchards. It took some courage (and a small car) to drive all the way up to the yard. The owner Orsola and her adult son Guiseppe were very welcoming and the place was clean, well kept and homely. Orsola did not speak much English, but Guiseppe did. We got a very nice room facing the Sant'Agnello and sea. We also had a a bathroom of our own, which I believe not all rooms have. It was spring and the old house was bit cool (good thing for summer guests). We requested the heat turned on, which made it fine. The rooms were also daily cleaned, towels changed and beds made, nothing to complain there. Breakfast was terrific: good selection of different teas, fresh bread and wonderful set of home made marmalade and jam. Orsola was kind enough to give us a jar for our trip home. Overall the value was excellent and this place was a lovely, affordable base for trips to nearby destinations. We combined our car with ferry and train to reach places like Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi, Positano, Naples, Pompei and Herculanum.

Lovely room, with beautiful furniture & fittings. The breakfast was great, and we particularly liked the litter of kittens in the courtyard!

We stayed 15th september for 5 nights. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The B&B is not as close to Sorrento as advertised, its at least a 20 minute walk to sant Agnello. DO NOT hire a car any bigger than a VW Golf as it will not fit up the country lanes. Overall we would highly recommend the B&B if you dont mind staying off the beaten track.

The place was totally out of the way, away from the main road and we found it difficult to reach on foot from the bus stop or station. The lady looking after the place could not speak english at all, but was very warm and friendly. She and her son were very helpful and he even drove us to the railway station early in the morning. So the stay was very plasent and the property is very spacious. thanks Jayshri Sanghvi.

lovely accommodation but would definitely need a car, as the local taxis are a tip off and everywhere is too far to walk.

Overall it was a great place to stay, beautiful and quiet. The only thing was that it wasn't exactly in Sorrento, it was in Sant Agnello (one train stop from Sorrento -2 minute ride. In Sant Agnello, transportation to the Bed and Breakfast was sort of difficult. It is up on a hill so it isn't an easy walk up, especially if you have luggage. The bus schedule is confusing and there are hardly any taxis. We were lucky to wait around and find some taxis by the train staion but they are rare. And for the 5 minute ride they charge between 10-13 euros at night. (More expensive at night). Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Very nice family. The farm house and the garden are a perfect place to relax and enjoy life. However, the location is not ideal if you are using public transportation. The house is on the hill and the next bus stop is a long walk away.
