Bed and Breakfast Casa Vienna - Sant'Agnello, Sorrento

Our host Vienna is an amazing person. She greeted my wife and I as if we were her own family and gave us amazing tips on site seeing tours. The place is extremelt clean and the views are wonderful from the rooms.We WILL recommend this place to everyone and hope we return very soon.

Casa Vienna was just fantastic. The location was just wonderful and Vienna knew all the right places to eat. We will most definetley try to stay with her again when we return.

We found it frustrating that Vienna was not always available as she lived offsite. She was helpful with advice for buses and trains.

This B&B is run by a very friendly lady called Vienna. We booked the day before for a single night and she immediately emailed with details and directions. The room was lovely with a great view. The main town is about 15mins walk but the seafront is closer. There are also some restaurants and shops nearby.

Très confortable et propre. Bon accueil. Bons petits-déjeuners, mais de type européen (sucré). Un peu bruyant la nuit (cloches d'églises). Excellente situation: Sant'Agnello est beaucoup plus joli, tranquille et typique que Sorrento, tout en étant proche de tout.

Our stay at Casa Vienna was a joy. Vienna and her mother are two of the sweetest and helpful people you will ever meet. We felt like family in their home. Vienna had great tips for sightseeing and how to get around. For breakfast Vienna's mother made the best cakes. We had the most incredible view of Vesuvius and the orange groves from our balcony. The property was quiet and peaceful. It's easy to get around from the bus stop at the corner. Our stay at Casa Vienna was great and we would definately stay there again. We stayed for 3 nights. When we arrived we walked out onto our balcony greeted by orange and lemon orchards below with a beautiful view of the gulf and mountains. Vienna (the owner) was extremely helpful in getting us oriented with our surroundings and where to go. Would definitely stay again. Grazie Vienna!

Any peculiarities in the property are more than made up for by the hospitality of Vienna, the owner who has given her name to the B & B. She welcomed us with a cool drink on the balcony, where we were greeted by the smell of orange blossoms. She gave us two maps of the area, and spent at least 10 minutes getting us oriented on the maps, and giving us her recommendations for restaurants in the area. We ate at all three of her recommendations, and they were all very good. The room had a couple quirks: The sliding bathroom door couldn't be closed all the way without getting stuck, and the removable shower head holder was broken, so for us used to a fixed shower head, it was a little awkward. Breakfast was awesome. It consisted of a choice of cereal, yogurt, juice, store-bought breads and spreads, but the piece-de-resistance was the homemade cakes that her mother baked. They were outstanding. Coffee was made to order and served in large quantities. Conversation could get quite philosophical with Vienna interpreting between our English and the other guests' Italian. She also speaks French and Spanish. The B & B was interesting to find. It is down a dark corridor lined with parked Vespas. Then you ring the bell for Vienna B & B, and Vienna comes to let you in. The Circumvesuviana train runs close by, but is so quiet, it doesn't sound like more than a "whoosh".
