How to reach B&B Sofia Guesthouse
By airplane
From the Sofia airport, take the bus number 84 until the last stop (25-30 min). Do not forget to buy and punch the ticket in the bus, because most probably you will be checked by a conductor few minutes after the bus leaves (one ticket for you and one for your rucksack if it is larger than 60x40x40 cm). When you get off, you will have to walk for about 10 minutes along the 'Vasil Levski' boulevard, overtaking the Patriarch Evtimiy monument.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Internet access costs €1,00 per hour.
Use of small/big locker costs €1,00/€2,00 per day.
Shuttle service from the Sofia airport is not included and costs €25,00 per car (up to 3 persons) if the time of arrival is between 18:00 and 09:30 and €9,00 per person if the time of arrival is between 09:30 and 18:00.
Shuttle service from the Sofia central train/bus station costs €9,00 per person if the time of arrival is between 09:30 and 18:00 and €20,00 per person if the time of arrival is between 18:00 and 09:30.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations should be made by emailing us at
info@sofiaguest.com. A failure to arrive by the agreed
check-in date and time will result in the cancellation of
your entire reservation. In the event of cancellations for
accommodation the following rules apply:
· Cancellations must be received at least 7 days
before the arrival date, if not 100% of the cost will be
charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
