You can reach the centre of Florence (leaving your car
in our private parking) by train in 10 minutes or with
the city bus in 25/30 minutes. We can offer different
arrangements:finely and confortable furnished single
and double bed room with private bath with shower, air
conditioning and satellite TV,indipendent suite with
private kitchen.At complete disposal of our guest, guide-
books for trips for every requirements: history, culture,
beauties of nature, gastronomy, enology and sports. You
can visit Pisa too, Siena, and the beautiful hills of
Chianti area, the Versilia sandy beaches, who have at
their back the famous marble quarry.
You can reach these places in one hour for the
favourable road and railway connections.
In 20 minutes there are Prato, Montelupo Fiorentino,
well-known for the museum of Archeology and Ceramics,
Vinci Leonardo's home town, Carmignano, for Pontormo's
painting.ln Signa is possible to do interesting
visit at some churches. tabernacles, the towers and the
rest of the medieval castle, the museum dedicated at
the economic history of the straw and the famous
fiorentino straw-hat, born in Signa, and famous all over
the world. For the sportsmens,at 300 meters, we suggest
"Stato Libero dei Renai", 70 hectares of lakes, little isles,
cycle track (you can reach Florence), equipement for all
the sports.

How to reach Marinetta Bed and Breakfast

By car
If you arrive by car from the north thruogh A1: Exit Calenzano-Sesto Fiorentino and follow signs for Signa. After several roundabout, you will find a very large one (loc. Indicatore), continue straight towards Signa and exactly after 2500 meters, you can see our B&B on the main road on your left (Km. 12.7).
If you arrive by car from the south through A1: Exit Firenze-Scandicci and continuing along the Great Commission Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (SGC FI-PI-LI) direction Pisa-Livorno. Exit the second ramp Lastra a Signa, hold the right and crosses the country. After about two miles, on your right, you'll find Ponte a Signa, step through and you are in Signa. Follow the main road for another two kilometers, the first roundabout COOP) and turn left after 50 meters to the right (to return to the main street), still 300 meters and there you will find on your right (Km. 9.7).
If arrive by car from the west through A11 (Firenze-Mare): Exit Prato Est and follow signs for Signa. After several roundabout, you will find a very large one (loc. Indicatore), continue straight towards Signa and exactly after 2500 meters, you can see our B&B on the main road on your left (Km. 10.4).

By train
If you arrive in Florence S.M.N., you can continue by train to the station of Signa, come to us following the main road (Via Roma, then becomes Via dei Colli) towards Florence (right out of the train station) and by a walk of about 15 minutes, and you can take the bus TPS (Public Transport Signes) or you can always call us, we will take you.

By airplane
If you arrive by plane in Florence (A. Vespucci Airport) the only connection with Signa is done with the national taxi service. The cost is about 30/35 euro, otherwise you can call us if is possible, we will take you.

By public transportation
Arrived in Florence S.M.N., you can take the Li-nea bus No. 72nd (Piazza Adua) direction I Colli / La Pira After about thirty / forty minutes (depending on traffic) arrivals in Signa, get off at Pistelli, is at the gate of the bed & breakfast Marinetta.
