We had a 10 night stay here in Siena for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it. It is very close to the walled city of Siena and extremely close to the train and bus station. We can in late and Gabrielle was very kind about that. He provided us excellent directions to where we wanted to go and was always on hand when we had any questions. The breakfast service is a must for 5 euro it cannot be beat. We especially loved the home made plum jam! Thanks so much for making our stay so pleasant!

The first thing that stands out immediately to the eye is the beautiful and very big garden. The staff is really very kind and helpful. The bed and breakfast has also a good position, close to the city centre and to the station. Big and comfortable rooms made the stay very pleasant.

We stayed one night, and had a good time with walking through Siena. It was a long hike to the duomo, but well worth it. There was no internet, except for a bar across the street, and it was closed. We attempted to walk to the site from the train station, and ended up calling a cab. We did not know about the escalator that runs between the mall across the street from the train station, up the big hill about half a block from Villa Fiorita. This information needs to be added to their web site. Breakfast was in the common area outside our room, and was quite nice. No elevator, but only two floors.

Villa Fiorita was a fantastic place. We would have loved to stay there and in Siena much longer than just two nights. The owner was such a lovely and welcoming man. The breakfast was excellent, you HAVE to order it your whole stay. The garden is great and the rooms are magnificent. Stay there, stay there, stay there!

Although the hotel is located outside of the city walls this should not put off any potential inhabitants as the hotel is clean and staff are very helpful and friendly.

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful old house just outside the city walls. Only a 10 minutes walk from the station and another 10 minutes to the Campo. We paid an extra 5 euros each for breakfast which was well worth the money and comparable to anything you would get in a 3 star hotel.

Very nice welcoming. We were given a map with explanations of nice places and recommended restaurants. We tried one restaurant which we liked very much. Nice garden A bit of a walk to the city centre (1 km), but easy to find (straight ahead!) and a nice walk.

Just a lovely hotel and very nice owners. Perhaps the breakfast at the additional charge of 5 euros was a little on the light side (only a croissant and some crackers each in the way of bread) but the jams and the fruits were beautiful.

We stayed six nights at Villa Fiorita and stayed in a room for three. It had a window with a very nice view over the back garden where we had a delightful breakfast every day. Accomodations are in a wonderful old estate-like building. Cleaned every day. Gabriele served a wonderful fresh breakfast every day and went out of his way to account for the fact that we are vegetarian. A wonderful stay in Siena!

This is a true B&B! the owner welcomed us with a small plate of organic plums. he knows the city Siena inside out, offered a lot of tips including sightseeing and restaurants. we had a pleasant day in Siena before we take the big blue bus to Firenze! the B&B owner helped us to find the SITA bus Stop and it's easy to buy the ticket in the Tabacchi nearby. If arriving on sunday, the tourist info does not open, so be sure to ask for the right bus stop in advance. :)

The room was spacious, though somewhat outdated, but this was part of the charm of the place; bathroom was good; excellent airconditioner (it was hot during my stay, but the room was cool within just a couple of minutes); garden furniture could be better; breakfast (you pay extra) was typically Italian in essence, therefore not exuberant, though with fruits and plenty of coffee

For the price paid we could not ask for better. The breakfast was great and the host very helpful. The only downside were the indications to get there (by car).

This was our first stay in Siena and Villa Fiorita. The place is located within walking distance of the centre Siena and there are a number of shops and restaurants nearby. The villa itself is beautiful and has a nice garden and sacious, well kept rooms. However it is located on a relatively busy street with loads of traffic.

Extremely helpful, English-speaking host, beautiful room, good breakfast. Situated just outside the city walls, it is still not difficult to walk into Siena. Best to confirm exact directions with Gabriel at Villa Fiorita before attempting to find this hotel.
