This is a very charmant little villa/hotel. It is close enough to the city center and very quiet. The rooms are very spacious and have a nice style. We really enjoyed our stay and would go there again.

The interior and exterior was fine. The location is good - 5-10 minutes to old city walls. The surroundings are nice. The room was quite cold though and the bathroom could be a bit cleaner. The directions should be updated - would lose so much time if we had followed them. It's better to go through the shopping center in front of the train station - go all the way up on escalators and then turn right. The Villa is few minutes away.

This was our favourite accomodation in all of Italy. The room was spacious, breakfast was wonderful and we were able to eat it outside in the garden.

We enjoyed our stay at villa fiorita a lot - the house itself is a very old italian villa with original interior and a beautiful garden. the bathroom in the room is not very luxury but clean and fullfills the rquirements. the welcome was very nice, the owner gave us a bowl of fresh fruits from the garden and showed us on the map what we can do in siena. since we were just staying over night, we were not really prepared and so the recommendatins were very helpful. all recommendations were really good: the best spot to see the sunset, a very good and cheap restaurant etc…

We loved this place. We stayed here with teenage children having come by train and it suited us really well - there has recently been a shopping centre built on the side of the hill with escalators all the way up to the road that Villa Fiorita is on. There are numerous public areas within the villa for relaxing and a garden where breakfast is served. We were fed with croissants and pastries, omellete and fruit - including apricots straight off one of the trees in the garden. Our teens were very impressed that they had so much space to chill out. The top floor has been recently renovated to a very high standard, and we were told that the middle floor will be done this Autumn too.

This hotel was older than I had envisioned but clean and spacious. it was further away from the old town than I expected and breakfast unavailable. Next time in Siena I would stay in the old town.

I would say the biggest problem with this hotel is finding parking space on the streets if arriving by car as there is not parking for guests at the motel itself and street parking is crowded. The shower stall did not meet my cleanliness standards. The owner was born in the home and lives next door. He is a pleasant young man.

My mother and I stayed 3 nights at this hotel and found it perfectly suitable for our visit to Siena. Relatively easy to find from the train station, the walking instructions could have been clearer to save us from the 'long' walk around! The welcome was good and a map and some sound advice was provided all within 10 minutes. The weather was changeable and rain was on the forecast but thankfully, due to the great advice on arrival, we caught a glorious sunset from the Medici Fort before the rest of our stay dissolved into drizzles and cloud! We were also given 5 restaurant recommendations of which we found 2 to our taste (and budget). The room was large and garden facing, perfectly clean and well-presented in a simple fashion. This is clearly an old house but I couldn't fault them on cleanliness and presentation of both the bedroom and bathroom. The TV was tiny though so watching it from the other side of the room wasn't an option...and there were no English channels anyway! The bath towels are 'sheets' which we've noticed have become increasingly common in Italian hotels. We asked for breakfast in the bedroom for two of the mornings and it consisted of tea, croissants and other sweets/ biscuits, home made jams and strawberries - it was lovely even if it was an extra EUR5 each. WiFi is free and was good in our room. The location to the city gate (and our favourite restaurant) was ok - about 8 minutes walk. There is an excellent Gelateria about a block away from the hotel on the way to town. The campo is quite 'far' though but we didn't find it too bad because we enjoy to walk.

We had a 10 night stay here in Siena for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it. It is very close to the walled city of Siena and extremely close to the train and bus station. We can in late and Gabrielle was very kind about that. He provided us excellent directions to where we wanted to go and was always on hand when we had any questions. The breakfast service is a must for 5 euro it cannot be beat. We especially loved the home made plum jam! Thanks so much for making our stay so pleasant!

The first thing that stands out immediately to the eye is the beautiful and very big garden. The staff is really very kind and helpful. The bed and breakfast has also a good position, close to the city centre and to the station. Big and comfortable rooms made the stay very pleasant.

We stayed one night, and had a good time with walking through Siena. It was a long hike to the duomo, but well worth it. There was no internet, except for a bar across the street, and it was closed. We attempted to walk to the site from the train station, and ended up calling a cab. We did not know about the escalator that runs between the mall across the street from the train station, up the big hill about half a block from Villa Fiorita. This information needs to be added to their web site. Breakfast was in the common area outside our room, and was quite nice. No elevator, but only two floors.

Villa Fiorita was a fantastic place. We would have loved to stay there and in Siena much longer than just two nights. The owner was such a lovely and welcoming man. The breakfast was excellent, you HAVE to order it your whole stay. The garden is great and the rooms are magnificent. Stay there, stay there, stay there!

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful old house just outside the city walls. Only a 10 minutes walk from the station and another 10 minutes to the Campo. We paid an extra 5 euros each for breakfast which was well worth the money and comparable to anything you would get in a 3 star hotel.

Very nice welcoming. We were given a map with explanations of nice places and recommended restaurants. We tried one restaurant which we liked very much. Nice garden A bit of a walk to the city centre (1 km), but easy to find (straight ahead!) and a nice walk.

Just a lovely hotel and very nice owners. Perhaps the breakfast at the additional charge of 5 euros was a little on the light side (only a croissant and some crackers each in the way of bread) but the jams and the fruits were beautiful.

We stayed six nights at Villa Fiorita and stayed in a room for three. It had a window with a very nice view over the back garden where we had a delightful breakfast every day. Accomodations are in a wonderful old estate-like building. Cleaned every day. Gabriele served a wonderful fresh breakfast every day and went out of his way to account for the fact that we are vegetarian. A wonderful stay in Siena!

this is a true B&B! the owner welcomed us with a small plate of organic plums. he knows the city Siena inside out, offered a lot of tips including sightseeing and restaurants. we had a pleasant day in Siena before we take the big blue bus to Firenze! the B&B owner helped us to find the SITA bus Stop and it's easy to buy the ticket in the Tabacchi nearby. If arriving on sunday, the tourist info does not open, so be sure to ask for the right bus stop in advance. :)

the room was spacious, though somewhat outdated, but this was part of the charm of the place; bathroom was good; excellent airconditioner (it was hot during my stay, but the room was cool within just a couple of minutes); garden furniture could be better; breakfast (you pay extra) was typically Italian in essence, therefore not exuberant, though with fruits and plenty of coffee

This was our first stay in Siena and Villa Fiorita. The place is located within walking distance of the centre Siena and there are a number of shops and restaurants nearby. The villa itself is beautiful and has a nice garden and sacious, well kept rooms. However it is located on a relatively busy street with loads of traffic.
