Bed and Breakfast Garibaldi Relais - Sciacca

The Garibaldi Relais is a beautiful B&B located on a quiet side street just a block off the main square in Sciacca. The rooms are clean and spacious and our room opened up to a lovely little balcony. It's a family owned operation and the owners were both friendly and helpful on our stay. Breakfast is very good with local pastries brought in and served alongside tasty meats, yogurt, juice, and coffee. I highly recommend both the Garibaldi Relais and a couple days in Sciacca as a nice respite while zipping around Sicily.

B&B is more similar to a hotel than traditional B&B's but is still a lovely place to stay. Sciacca is a very pleasant little town right on the coast. The location was excellent (very central). Parking is available very close at a small cost.

Nevertheless the hotel was in a pedestrian area some noise by motorbikes and music enterteinments until late night. You need a car to reach the beach.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Garibaldi Relais. The owners were extremely friendly, welcoming and personable. They went out of their way to assist us, including helping us find accommodations at our next destination. The location is indeed central and convenient for walking around the old city. Finding the hotel was difficult because it was our first visit to Sciacca and the Relais is off a small pedestrianized street. No directions were provided by the venere.com website either to the hotel or to the nearby public parking. We arrived on a busy Saturday evening when traffic made it difficult to stop on the crowded street even to ask for directions.
