The Room & Breakfast "L'Antico Episcopio", completely renovated in January 2010, is situated in the heart of ancient medieval village of Pontone, in the municipality of Scala, near Ravello, on the coast that dominates Amalfi to West and Atrani to East. It is on the top floor of an ancient medieval palace with a charming cloister; this building was the summer residence of the Bishop of Amalfi - Cava de 'Tirreni Diocese, so it’s included in the tourist itineraries of the area for its historical - architectural value.
The Room & Breakfast has six rooms where space is modelled by padillion vault; each room is equipped with private bathroom with shower, satellite TV LCD, air-conditioning, phone, mini-bar, a small living room and a wonderful view.

How to reach L'Antico Episcopio Bed and Breakfast

By car
If you come from North, take the A3 Naples-Salerno, exit or Angri Nocera Inferiore and follow the signs to the crossing point Chiunzi - Amalfi Coast, Ravello.
Also coming from the North, take the highway Roma-Caserta-Salerno, exit Pagani-Nocera and follow the signs to the crossing point Chiunzi-Amalfi-Ravello.

If you come from south of the motorway A3 Salerno-Reggio Calabria exit at Salerno and proceed to Vietri sul Mare Amalfi Coast where you will take the SS 168 following the signs along it, Ravello, just before you reach the center of the latter will deviation to the left Pontoon

By train
