Two double rooms are available, each with ensuite bathroom. There is also a living room with flat screen TV and wi-fi connectivity. The refurbishment and furniture combine quality and design, to create a comfortable and welcoming environment.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Services Parking Off-street parking, free of charge, is available. The room(s) should be vacated by noon of the day of departure. It is possible to store luggage, outside these times, on the day of arrival or departure. Each guest needs to show valid ID (e.g. passport, national identity card, driving license). After check-in, guests may return to the residence at any time in the evening/night. Payment Guests are requested to pay the full balance of their stay at the time of arrival. The following are accepted: cash banker’s drafts Linen Fresh bed and bath linen is set on arrival and changed twice weekly. Room service Rooms are cleaned daily; to allow cleaning, guests are asked to make them available at 10 AM, whenever possible. Breakfast Breakfast is included in the price, and is served between 7.30 and 10 AM; a request at arrival should be made for breakfast outside of these hours, as for any special dietary requirement. Breakfast includes: coffee or tea, milk, fruit juice, honey and/or jam, bread, biscuits. Internet WiFi coverage is available in the bedrooms and in the living room. The password should be asked at arrival. Valuables Cash, jewellery, credit cards and any valuables are under the care and responsibility of the guests. Miscellaneous •Smoking is not allowed inside the building, but is allowed in the garden. •Food should not be consumed in the bedrooms. •Use of the kitchen is not allowed. •Open flames and burners are not allowed inside rooms. •Music players, TVs, radios and any other sound device can be used between 7.30 AM and 10.30 PM, provided that the sound level does not interfere with the comfort of others. •Pets are not allowed (except guide dogs for the blind).
