Excellent. The owners were very helpful, friendly and funny. We felt like home. The cook surprised us every day with a typical dish. We recommend you this place. It is quiet and surrounded by nature. You need a car for the sightseeing.

How to reach B&B Os Manos
By car
Driving directions: Santa Cruz “Madeira Island Airport” -> Santana City “Madeira Island Northern Coast”
Itenerary: Your starting adventure.
1. Leaving Madeira International Airport, Santa Cruz take the highway towards Machico as well Santana which includes 2 small tunnels.
2. After crossing the 2nd tunnel enter the first exit road on your right following the sign Santana. Reaching a roundabout, enter and turn right again and cross the tunnel,
3. Following always on the main road, you´ll pass by Porto da Cruz then Faial.
4. Ahead you´ll cross a bridge in directions to a a roundabout and then cross the largiest tunnel in direction to Santana City.
5. 50 meters after crossing this tunnel , turn right and follow the sign Santo António – Campo Simão Alves, another roundabout, enter and exit on the 2nd way keep on driving along this local road until reaching the end, then turn left and finnally turn right following the signs Eiras – Cova da Road – Veterinário. Keep on that road until a final roundabout, enter and exit on the 2nd road. There we are. “OS MANOS”.
