We stayed for 4 nights in July in the Cherry room. As cyclists we enjoyed the surrounding roads and close proximity (10km) to Mont Ventoux where we saw the Tour de France. The scenery is beautiful. The chateau had a real feeling of space and peacefulness as it stands alone surrounded by vineyards inbetween two small villages. Bernard and Anne-Marie made us feel most welcome and the one evening meal we ate with them and the other guests (an optional extra) was the best of our holiday. We sampled Chateau Juvenal olive oil and wine as part of the meal. We had a relaxing time by the new pool or lying in hammocks in the grounds listening to the frogs and cicadas. A hidden gem. Highly recommended!

How to reach B&B Château Juvenal

By car
From the North:
From the A7 motorway, travelling in direction North to South, take the exit Orange Sud heading in direction Carpentras. Once in Carpentras follow the signs for Vaison la Romaine. Leave Carpentras by the D938 and 8 km further on, take the D21 on your left in direction Beaumes de Venise. Continue for a further 700 metres and then leave the D21 on the right to follow the chemin du long Serre for a further 100 metres; the sign for Château Juvenal is on your right, in front of the chateau grounds. Follow the track between the grounds and the vines, facing the farmhouse, turn left and you are there.

From the South:
From the A7 motorway, travelling direction South to North, take the exit Avignon Nord and follow the indications to Carpentras. Once in Carpentras follow the above said instructions.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from 4 p.m. It is necessary to arrive at the hotel not later than 6 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of 1 night will be charged at the reservation for a stay of 1to 3 nights , and 30% will be charged for a longer stay. If the stay is cancelled the deposit is not refundable. And if the cancellation is made under 15 days, the total amount of the stay is due.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
