Prati Bed and Breakfast and Apartment - Rome

The tenant was extremely rude and did not care about the service. The welcome was the worst I have experienced. The electric plug was too small for my computer and phone battery and needed an adaptator even with a European PC. No possibility to find the right adaptator in the area.There were problems with the toilet and the shower. Very noisy, even in the house itself. The staff banged extremely loudly at the next room's door for breakfast and woke me up every morning. She knocked once and invited male staff inside my bedroom early in the morning without warning to fix the toilet and I had no choice but to be there in my pyjamas while he was working. The tenant tried to put a lot of pressure on me so I go eat at her friend's restaurant.The elevator's space is barely sufficient for one person and a suitcase. To avoid confusion, travelers should be aware that there is another Bed&Breakfast in the same building with a similar name. On the positive side, the place is right next to the Vatican, the fare is relatively cheap and the tenant knows French.

I did not receive my change back, I was expected to find the owner and get my change, I did not see her again after arriving. It was a B & B however breakfast was not included in my price. It was more like a rented room in an apartment, there was no linen change or soap provided. While the location is quiet and great I would not give my business here again.

Very nice and clean location near to the Vatican. Friendly service. Breakfast in the room but it could be more variegated. If we come back again to rome, we would take the same location.

The place is good located, you can walk around 6 blocks to the Vatican city, the woman in charge its no easy to talk, without patience, if you will pay your accomodation in cash I recommend to ALWAYS TELL TO THE WOMAN before arrive that you will do that, otherwise she became so rude, breakfast not included, but is fine because there is a lot of places nearby.

Bed & Breakfast Prati met my expectations quite well. What I liked especially it's the location of the room, it's wonderful to reach every sightseeng you want. The hostess is very intelligen and twell-wishing.

Cheap, simple basic accomodation. It was all i needed. i was a little worried about the noise from the surrounding streets, but it all quietened down around bed time so there were no problems. Close to ottaviano metro station, restaurants and a supermarket i didn't like rome as a whole, but the accomodation here was fine

We booked the "yellow" room and got the "blue" one. apart of that, the room was okay but the bathroom (to say it gently) was very small. the noises from the street were hard to bear as whole roman traffic seemed to pass through it. The room is okay in case you don't have high expectations and need a room to sleep in. In fact, we'll book a hotel in rome next time.

We enjoyed very much our staying in Prati Bed and Breakfast. Firstly, the rooms are situated very near to St. Pietro square that makes the hole area calm and aristocratic. Secondly, the blue room we chose really surprised us in a good way as it looked much more romantic than on the web page pictures. The breakfast was luxuriously brought to our room and was in high quality and quantity. Lastly, our hostess was very kind and helpful and we are looking forward to return there one day.

The double room is prefect for a young couple. Nice place to stay. Bathroom is small, but clean.

One of the best B&B i have stayed. me and my partners we are doctors and this facilities really met our demands. because of size of room i think is more addressed to couple. perfect for romantic stay in Rome.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that it's within walking distance to the Vatican and the metro stops. This B&B is run by what seems like a pair of former Nazi sisters. Very rude and abrupt. Breakfast is a joke, so don't count on it to be the least bit satisfying. The coffee is undrinkable and the croissants are the equivalant of twinkies here in the states. The pillows we got were almost as hard as wood and weighed 6-9 pounds each. (Not exaggerating in the slightest!!!) We were forced to use our "airplane neck pillows" to sleep on. And, you must pay up front for the rooms for you entire stay or you do not get a key to stay.
