I stayed for 4 nights at B&B Domus Victoria and I had a great stay. Before even getting to Italy I was in correspondence with Flavia via email--she was already on top of things and wanted to let me know about some changes to my accommodations. When I arrived, Flavia was waiting to greet me and was very welcoming. After getting checked-in, she gave me an excellent orientation of the city which really helped me out since I have absolutely no sense of direction. She clued me in to Rome's Metro system which is cheap and convenient and the Metro station happens to be less than a minute walk away from the B&B. She also let me know about some cool hotspots (that unfortunately I didn't get to check out) and great restaurants within walking distance of the B&B. Breakfast is free (with voucher) and available at your choice of 1 of 2 cafes--a bigger and more modern one and a smaller family run cafe. I went and had my cappuccino and cornetto at the smaller cafe and loved it--the staff are very nice and accommodating. Besides Flavia, there are 2 other ladies that run the front desk and they too were very sweet and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and a nice place to pass out after hours and hours of walking in Rome and checking out all of the marvelous sites. I really enjoyed my time in Rome and when I come again to visit, I will definitely come back to Domus Victoria.

Domus Victoria was the perfect place to stay in Rome. The price was very reasonable. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Also, the breakfast at the cafe every morning was an extra plus. In addition, the location was ideal-only a ten minute walk from the Colosseum and main train/bus station.

We ended up in a room that was bigger and quieter than the one we had reserved, so we are grateful for that. We had some difficulty contacting the party that could get us into the room because we do not have a mobile phone and could not work the pay phone in the area. Finally we were able to figure out to go to one of the businesses that offers phones and internet services. It was easy to use and cheap. The hotel person showed up soon, then.

Hotel is not the easiest to locate as there is no sign other than a buzzer next to the front door. I wasn't told that there was a second buzzer and set of doors, (two others besides) as well, once in the courtyard. There is a lift but you have to go up half a flight of stairs to reach it. I was on an inside room, facing the courtyard so very quiet. Windows are double glazed and there is a set of locking metal shutters on the outside. No air con but there is a ceiling fan. I would highly recommend this hotel. Didn't see one other guest at all but i know there were some, very small hotel, just a short hallway with a few doors either side, only 5 or 6 rooms in total.

This is a B&B, so no sign on the street. Once I found the building number (look way up) everything was fine. There is a tiny lift up to the third floor, but you have to carry your suitcase up a few steps to get to it. When you first enter, the hall looks a bit dire, but the rooms are nicely decorated and of a good size. The room had a nice double bed and a private bathroom. Flavia, the owner, was wonderful - gave me a map and marked where I could find various things I wanted. The location is good, though you want to avoid the station area at night, but I walked around by myself at night and felt perfectly safe. The metro is close by, so getting to the train station was very easy.

This bed & breakfast is so spacious & I got myself a room with double bed for single use. The location is superb as it's very near to train station so I can travel around Rome with train or even buses. There are many nice restaurants around the B&B too. I love it so much as it feels like going home every evening when I returned. Remember to use the little lift available when u check in & out as I almost missed it & carry my luggage all the way up to level 3. Someone from level 2 pratice piano every evening & the music is so lovely. The price is so reasonable too. They serve breakfast to my room every morning. This B&B is simply awesome. Highly recommended

I was taking a break from work and staying in Rome for a vacation period. The b&b was better than I had expected! I was so grateful to get to such a comfortably furnished and spacious room, especially knowing I was not paying a lot for it! This is a great B&B. The location is not ideal, as the surrounding area is a bit shady feeling... but one block from the metro and walking distance to important areas make up for it.

Very nice staff, good location, clean room and bathroom, right in a square with a underground stop, not far from the city center, which can be reached by feet too. Satisfying breakfast, very nice people..I'd go back there soon!

The hotel lies at a crowded and not very beautiful place, but the hotel is in the backyard and by this very quiet. Rooms are newly renovated and clean, just the view out of the windows is not very nice, because of the backyard. Metro is just 30 m away and Colloseum just in 15 minutes walking distance. Breakfast is - typical for Rome - a Cappuccino and a Croissant in a cafe nearby.

The room was nice, but the breakfast was poor just a croissant and capuccino in the front door bar. This is very bad especially for a B&B when the breakfast should be of the utmost importance. The worst was that it was not possible to leave the luggage on the departure day. They suggest to go to termini station where there was a queu of 1 hour. I suggest to not go.

The location was great, right next to the metro, and walking distance to the Coloseo, Foro and Termini train station. The showers ran hot and cold during my entire stay, not good. I got moved to a fold away bed my last night, also not good. I'm not a teenage backpacker, I paid good money for a nice bed and working shower, and didn't get it. I don't appreciate getting jerked around just because I am a single traveler. The location was great, but compared to the 5 other B&Bs I stayed at during my Italian travels, the Domus fell far short of expectations.

I stayed in the Domus Vicoria for 4 nights. I received a lovely welcome and a continued friendly service throughout my stay. From the outside courtyard you wonder what you are walking into as there is some work going on with the lift in the building but once inside the Domus Victoria it is spotless. The staff are really friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I intend to stay there on my next visit to Roma. The only downside was the noise from the cars and scooters on the street but one is so tired at the end of the day that there is no problem going to sleep!

The hotel is situated close to everything. The staff is friendly and attentive and very kind. The only thing would be the fact that the elevator is not yet finished being refurbished and it is a little tiring climbing three flights of stairs to get to your room....after a day of walking in the heat.

One metro station from Terimi. The staff is friendly and the room is clean and spacious. Though it is as convenient as staying in city center, the reasonable price and next-to-metro-station compensates that.
