The B&B is located in a quiet and exclusive residential area, just a few minutes from Rome's most important tourist sites and attractions.

The Bed & Breakfast BB360 is an elegant apartment located on the attic floor of an early 20th-century building, with lift/elevator.

Our B&B has a wonderful terrace, equipped with deck-chairs and umbrellas, where guests enjoy the romantic atmosphere of the Eternal City.

The Bed and Breakfast “BB360” is 200 m from S.Peter’s Basilica and Vatican Museums, it is located 10 m from “Ottaviano-San Pietro” stop of the “A” underground-line.

Our is a Bed and Breakfast where the rooms, isolated from city noises, are furnished and structured in fully new style, in order to be equivalent to those of 5 stars hotel.

The BB360 is provided with all comforts.
We serve a continental breakfast in your room (it is possible to serve the breakfast in a big and wonderful terrace-garden).

Check-in: before 6:30 p.m., for late arrivals please advice the reception and you should pay late check-in: 20,00euro

Rooms at BB360

double room We’ve tried to realize our rooms in order to combine 3 factors: comfort for client, respect of environment and essential but unique finish.

All matierials were selected in order to be recyclable in the future.
Restructuring of BB360 had the input of minimization of materials.

The garments of bathrooms are realized in wood panels originate from recycling and treated with particulare water paint.

All the rooms are provided with electronic control which put off automatically electrical system in absence of clients. This is the best way to promote saving energy.

All the rooms are provided with mini bar, save box, private bathroom, LCD screen TV, Radio, hairdryer, air conditioning, WI-FI, elevator access to room.

The beds are realized with reinforced staves and orthopaedic mattresses.

It’s possibile to be connected to Internet in all spaces (wireless).
Room access is possibile only by magnetic card which will be scheduled at your arrival.

From “Termini” railway station:
Inside “Termini” railway station take the “A” underground-line, direction “Battistini” and exit to the “Ottaviano-San Pietro” stop. Inside of the subway take “Giulio Cesare” exit (first exit on the left). Go straight for 10 m and turn on the right ( Silla street). At the beginning of the street, on the left, there is Bed and Breakfast “BB360” (civic number 2).



By airplane
From “Fiumicino” Airport:
Take the metropolitan train to “Termini” railway station. Inside “Termini” railway station take the “A” underground-line, direction “Battistini” and exit to “Ottaviano-San Pietro” stop. Inside of the subway take “Giulio Cesare” exit (first exit on the left). Go straight for 10 m and turn on the right (Silla street). At the beginning of the street, on the left, there is Bed and Breakfast “BB360” (civic number 2).

From “Ciampino” Airport:
Take the bus (Terravision bus) from Ciampino airport to “Termini” railway station.
