Inn Welcome House - Rome

Excellent location!

The breakfasts were quite poor. Only bred, jam, butter and drinks. Though there was a supermarket nearby so one could easily buy additional ingredients. Everything else was really nice. The location was ok - near the Termini railway station and close to Colosseum. It is a bit far from the river; and a bit far from shopping center, but there are plenty of nice shops in this street and it's surroundings too. Near that place there was a bus stop - by bus it was easy to go to Vatican and other places of interest.

Nice property in a great location close to the termini station. Great for getting to all sights. Also right on bus line. Many shops and restaurants around. We would definately stay there again.

Absolutely fantsatic knowledgeable staff and the accommodation is a great option if you are on a budget. Felt like having our own apartment. Only downside was the aircon was a little inadequate for Rome temperatures but otherwise 100% would recommend.

Excellent location if you want to be close by Roma´s downtown. Termini railroad station is walking distance from the place and Via Nazionalle is a dynamic avenue day and night. The best is their great customer service with cordial employees always eager to help and solve our inquires. They really made an extra effort to make our visit more enjoyable.

We actually stayed here two nights at the beginning of our trip and two nights at the end. It was almost as if we stayed at two different B&Bs. The first leg was booked privately as a friend got us the room for 40 euro cheaper than the venere price. That room was quiet and pretty clean. The second stay was in a front room. There was alot of street noise and the room was not as clean. We also ran out of hot water in the shower. Excellent location, friendly staff, basic breakfast. Would suggest requesting a back room if noise is a concern.

Family of 4 persons motoring along the length of Italy. 2 night stop in Rome at A&B Welcome House. Ideal location for exploring Rome with excellent public transport facilities just outside door. Good value for money. Helpful staff. Safe car parking just around the corner(at a reasonable price)

An excellent bed & breakfast near Termini railway-station. Very good standard.

Four of us spent two nights in a quad room. It had one king size bed and two singles. The accomodations were adequate and the bathroom was very spacious. The location was perfect for us. Make sure that you have cash in euros to pay on arrival. There is a bank within a block with an ATM. The facility is within walking distance of the termini and several places of interest. There is a small grocery store in the next block with reasonably priced items like fruits, cheese, snacks that could be stored in the small frige in the room. I would certainly stay there again.
