The A Villa Riccio did meet our expectations. The owners were quite hospitable and helped us in everything we needed during our stay. The also suggested a couple of excellent and affordable restaurants in the neighborhood.

We stayed 5 days with Bruno and Luciana and enjoyed every minute of it. They were both extremely helpful, friendly and very much down-to-earth. Both are a great source of insider tips and of great help when planning your trips to the sightseeing sites, for shopping and restaurant references. Breakfast was also great. So, if you do not mind your landlords staying in the same place and sharing the bathroom with you, this is the place to go. We definitely will.

Very nice and helpfull hosts. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. Bus and Tram in walking distance. 10 minute tram ride to Piazza Popolo. Two reasonable priced restaurants with good food close by. We will definitly return to Villa Riccio on our next stay in Roma.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Rome, in particular the way in which we were received and helped by Bruno and Luciana at the Villa Riccio. They made you feel at home. The room was spacious and quite, and the surroundings were nice. From the house it took only 10 min by tram #2 to Piazza del Popolo. We could definitely think of staying there again the next time we visit 'the eternal city'.

If you want to stay peacefully, here is good. Peaple are kind and friendly, the room is cute. Loction is little far from Termin but you can go Vatican City or Villa Borghese on foot. And there is Music Auditorium nearly, you can take music imidiately. I'm glad to stay here in my holiday.

Keep in mind that this is one room in someone's home. The hosts are very accomodating. Breakfast is the BEST in Italy, everything you can imagine. The location is a bit inconvenient. Must take a tram and the Metro which by the way stops running at 11 PM. No one mentioned this to us. Nonetheless it was a pleasant stay.

We received a warm and friendly welcome (smile and a glass of wine!). The hosts were extremely helpful in offering directions and locations of local cafes/restaurants. Rooms and linens were clean. Bathroom provided shower with a lot of warm water and very clean facilities. Breakfast was more extensive than expected from advertisement. The B&B is a room within the couple's 3rd floor apartment, though there was a functional elevator. While it was difficult to come home late at night because we did not want to disturb the couple, there was little inconvenience for us (home by 11:00 PM). We could have used a television in the room at night before bed, but again, that was only a slight inconvenience. The surrounding area is quiet and is actually an italian community with few tourists in site, though only 15-20 blocks from Piazza di Popolo. Several small bars and cafes are nearby and open late. The husband speaks english very well and helped us to purchase train tickets over the internet, but his wife does not speak any english which made the situation a bit difficult at times. We would definitely consider returning to this B&B in the future!

Lovely B&B Hostel with very familair atmosphere. The occupants are very nice and anxious to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Questions and wishes were all answered. Rooms were clean, the breakfast plentiful. The room is located near to Piazza del Popolo in a very quiet area.

There is a lovely couple who are running this bed and breakfast, both are considerate and caring and would help you in any cases if they can. There is just one room for guests which is clean and tidy and it's part of there house that they are leaving in, it has good view and located in a complex with several blocks of apartment but very nice and quit place. Sometimes you would hear some cars honking their horns but it's quit in general. It’s just 10 min with public transport.
