The location is great, bus stops right over the street, good connection to the city, few stops from Vatican (you can also walk this distance). Only bad thing was that the windows and walls are not soundproof. The street noise is little disturbing especially in the evenings.

Clean, tastefully decorated room with a large bed, large comfortable bathroom, very nice owners, and all just a short walk from St. Peter's Square. What more could you want?

We were at the B & B for 4 nights in May 2010, rooms are modern and comfortable. Great location, 8 minutes walk to the Vatican City and city tours bus terminal. We were able to walk to most of the tourist sights. There is a Metro station at 5 minutes walk. Few restaurants and cafe nearby.Price/Quality, we could not have asked for a better location in Rome.

I've been there for a one night business trip. Very good room with clean and nice bathroom, close to S. Pietro. Air conditioning was available even if I didn't use it. Very good the presence of a Wi-Fi Internet connection (if you have your laptop/mobile with you). At the entrance is available for the guests a small coffee machine with some snacks for free. Breakfast is not that good if you're there for leisure: just a cappuccino and a (good) croissant at the bar on the other side of the street. Disappointing to me the noise from the main road (maybe other rooms are better but I'm afraid not) and the need to pay cash (no credit card accepted!!)

If you want to be close to the Vatican, you can not beat the value this property offers. I was very happy with all the services offered, but it is out of the city center. You can easily get around town with public transport, however they run until midnight, so if you plan on being out late at nite, your only other option is a taxi.

I recommend this B&B without hesitation. Very clean, nicely appointed, spacious rooms, at an extremely reasonable price. The location looks out of the way, but it is not. Excellent for pilgrims to St. Peter's -- only a 15 minute walk away.
