Bed and Breakfast Sweet Dreams - Rome

Very Good location nearby the Vatican but hotel on the 2nd flore with no lift. The room was not Very clean and needed painting . Breakfast was poor (hot drink and wraped cakes). I won t come Back.

Lovely, comfortable, romantic, great location, everything easy.

The only thing that was not as good as I thought was the breakfast. It was really poor. The room was fabulous and the public areas as well!

I stayed in a single room. It was quite small but it's ok if you are in Rome on vacation, spending all the time around this beautiful city. The location of B&B is wonderful! The service is good and the room very clean.

The hotel is allover perfekt. only outside i missed a sign that a hotel is inside...there is nothing it looks like a normal house.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il Vaticano, ma comodo anche per tutti i monumenti del centro. Ben collegato con stazione Termini (capolinea del bus 40 express nelle immediate vicinanze). La mia stanza -singola- aveva la serratura difficile da chiudere e nella doccia lo scarico era quasi otturato; trattandosi di difetti riparabili, penso che potrei tornarci (per il resto, il soggiorno è stato positivo).

Nobody told us that or room would be on the fourth floor without elevator, which was a problem with my 68 year old mother!!!

It was a very good bedroom, small but very clean. Breakfast was OK, not special but enough. My reservation was not known, but no problem. What was bad there were bugs, I think in the pillow, so take care.

Molto vicina al Vaticano e abbastanza ai mezzi pubblici, bus e metro. La camera piccola e con soffitto basso, ma arredata con buon gusto e amore. (la promessa vasca Jacuzzi non funzionante!) Zona molto tranquilla. Colazione un pò troppo industriale... 4 piani di scale.

Doublebooked! Arrived following a long journey to be sent to a so called "nicer hotel" which turned out to be dirty and dated. Apparently the room had been double booked (although booked 2 months previous). This was a shame as the hotel was lovely and the man that worked their was excellent. However we only had 3 nights in Rome and were dissapointed by missing a night and no discount or refund was offered.

Wonderful. Definately would recomend them to anyone that is young going to Rome Italy. Room was beautiful and spacious. Bathroom was also large compaired to other hotels we stayed, in europe. Most of the stuff you want to see closes early. So plan your days very carefully. The staff does leave at 5. So if you have any concerns, ask them in the morning.

I stay here from Oct 25th to 28th. I'm quite often in Rome but I not sure I will stay in this B&B another time. Very good place and service but the contract terms are not so clear and I do not appreciate this kind of Italian style.
