Bed and Breakfast Suites Piazza del Popolo - Rome

Simple but comfortable room. Location good with simple access to the tramline that takes you with three stops to the Piazza del Popolo. Marco is a very helpful owner, generous with support, advise and suggestions. My wife and I (seniors) had a most pleasant stay.

My friends and I spent our first 4 nights, in Rome, at the "Suites Piazza del Popolo" and found it to be a great start to our holiday. Marco was very helpful in retrieving our lost luggage and directing us around the city as well as recommending places to dine. The suite was very clean and the painted walls, done by his wife, were beautiful. The location is an easy 3 stop tram ride to Piazza del Popolo where we were able to start exploring wonderful Rome. I would definitely recommend this B&B.

We had an excellent stay at the Suites Piazza del Popolo. We stayed in the Goldoni and the room is just lovely, and the balcony provides a nice touch. The bathroom is fully updated, and everything was very clean. Bathroom is simple but very filling and allowed us to sightsee for a good amount of time before we had to worry about lunch! Marco was a fabulous host, making sure we knew where to go do and that we had everything we needed. He even let us call him at home early the morning we left so he could call a taxi for us. We would return in a second.

Marco, the host could not have been more helpful. He provided tickets for us for the tram, restaurant recommendations for places used by locals and not generally tourists, sightseeing recommendations/tips, a mobile phone solely for guests use locally and even left us his lap top for us to check in for our return flights when he was not there.

Marco & Co were very friendly and most helpful. Our rooms were perfect and the location handy with a short tram ride. Local services and restaurants were recommended and any questions or requests were handled well. Good price and very enjoyable stay

Both Marcos were very personable and helpful. They directed us to public transportation and good restaurants.

Excellent place. Highly recommend to everyone. The B&B is occupying the floor in the apartment building. The room we stayed in had been tastefully decorated, had nice views and was close to the tram that takes you to the heart of Rome in 10 minutes. It all felt really authentic, yet very comfortable. It evoked memories of Fellini and Antonioni.

The Suites were excellent. Very clean and hospitable. The owner, Marco, makes all the difference in the world. He truly went out of his way to make our stay as enjoyable and effortless as possible. He provided us with maps with his own notes about where to go and where to eat. He taught us about the public transportation systems. And he even offered the use of the washer and dryer, if we needed it. Marco and the Suites Piazza del Popolo are top-notch and we highly recommend them.

Marco and Marco were truly exceptional hosts - extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were lovely, location was great. Breakfast was very basic, but sufficient. When in Rome, get a Roma Pass from main station - great value if you are seeing a couple of the key sites and using public transport.
