The clients should be adventurous to live in Labaro - noisy from the cars and sirenes at night. No English TV, so the environment is mainly for italian-speaking guests, preferrably couples. It is clean, secure and reliable. The staff is very helpful, special thanks to Mikaela - well organized management and proper feedback . We would recommend this B&B Sei a Roma to the adventurous tourists.

Perfect place to stay and relax, park your car and take the train downtown. Hotel staff very friendly and hospitable. No doubt that it is great choice. It is a lot better than more expesive hotels where you additionally have to pay high cost parking. I would come back any time

The accommodation was difficult to find, the directions need re-writing and the name of the b&b needs to be on the front of the property. It is in a poor location, dirty, noisy (a flyover right beside it!) but when you are through the gates it was lovely, kitchen facilities to use, continental breakfast and rooms clean and confortable. Shame about the view of a pallet factory! Nice people, kind and helpful. Don't let me put you off, if you want easy reach for sightseeing rome and can ignore the surroundings then go here!! I would definately go back.

I wished the owner had been a bit more helpful with directions and tourist orientation. Perhaps a sheet describing how to get to the nearby but dificult to find train station would be helpful, and maybe speaking to us a little more on what she would recommend. Also, the hall lights seems to go out very early, making navigation to our room difficult. Other than that the stay was fine.

We had are very good experience with Sei a Roma - value for the money. The hosts very kind, helpful and responsive the rooms very spacious. It was a little difficult to find to first time, Sei a Roma had provided an excellent road description by mail in advance. Sited close to public transportation (bus and train) to center of Rome. Only disappointment was the breakfast - its content as well as the very limitted kitchen space provide.

I've found some good and bad things about this accommodation. The atmosphere was welcominng and the room was just clean. On the other hand the windows in the room were broken, so I couldn't open them and I couldn't see outside. The room seemed a little dark even in the morning. And there's also a problem in the bathroom. After I took a shower, water was running everywhere in the bathroom. And the next day the room and bathroom wasn't cleaned, so I should use the wet bathroom. And the breakfast is very simple, but it dosen't matter for me.

Sei a Roma was a wonderful/excellent bed and breakfast. We had a large, clean room with an excellent bathroom. The breakfast was good and the access to Rome was easy to negotiate. The only issue we had was with one employee on the weekend who seemed "preoccupied" and wasn't very timely in getting to work. One other issue to note is the B & B doesn't accept credit cards and I don't believe we knew this ahead of time. Overall, because of our initial encounter with Arianna (she was a wonderful and helpful young staff person), our stay was most excellent. The facility itself was also excellent.

The service was excellent. Staff were very nice and helpful. Apart from a bit far from city center, it was an excellent place to stay.

The ad stated we would have our own private bathroom but the bathroom was outside the room shared by another couple. Also the area which the B&B is located is very poor.

It is a nice B&B , the only problem I found was that it was a little to far out from the city and if you wanted to spend the night out in Rome to return to the hotel you would have no choice but to hire a taxi. Also, your where not able to go and come like you would be able to do with a hotel in the city.

Very nice B&B. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The bedroom, kitchen and bathrooms were all immaculately clean. Nice breakfast, with use of microwave and fridge. Only complaint is that we booked a double room with private bathroom, however there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each floor, so someone always has to share.

The hotel itself was very good. Very clean and modern. Private bathroom was great, esspecially for this price and considering european bathrooms. Basically this hotel is very good for the money. The only downturn is the location. To get to the center of Rome you have to use public transportation including bus and a train. Sometimes it took up to 30 minutes to wait for the bus. Also, in the evening, the busses stop going at 12:00am and if you missed the last one you have to take taxi which can become quite pricey. Overall, good hotel and good service, but be prepared to spend at least 40 minutes one way to get to the center of Rome.

Given the very late arrival of our plane, we were still greated with a smile by our hosts. The room was very large and the three of us staying there had plenty of space. The separate bathrooms were both spacious and clean, as was our room. I shall certainly use this property again should I return to Rome

This B&B is impossible to find by car! However, getting into the city centre by bus and train is straightforward. The price quoted on this site was not the same as the price confirmed directly by the B&B.

Excellent rooms and facilities and very clean. I've seen much more expensive accomodations with much less quality! Although not directly in the centre of Rome, public transport is nearby and brings you there within 15 minutes.
