exterior Position: This charming Bed & Breakfast is situated in the historical centre of the city in a 1878 building within 200mt. from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and only 1 Km. from the Colosseum where the heart of Imperial Rome lies. Still, at 1 Km. from the B&B, you can also reach the Archeological Appian Park and the Domus Aurea , Emperor Nero’s Villa.
The flat situated on the 4th floor (with lift) is quiet, bright and has a pleasant view, over a little castle of the 17th century. It has recently been redecorated to a high standard in a modern-style.

Connections: From the square of San Giovanni, which is one of the most important connection points in the city one can catch BUSES and COACHES to all destinations. While, via the UNDERGROUND (line A – Manzoni stop) that is 50 metres from B&B it is possible, in a few minutes, to reach the Spanish Steps, Popolo Square and St Peter’s. The central railway station of Rome (TERMINI) is only at five minutes away by taxi; or two stops away by tube (line A).
With the same UNDERGROUND ( line A) is possible to arrive also near the Ciampino’s airport.

The main room, the“Shell Room”, is composed of an open space of 23 sqm composed of a living room with a small kitchen , and a double bed at a higher level.
The “Fresco Room”, for two people, is a room very comfortable and spacious.

The breakfast is served in the Bar "Cornetto Notte", always in Emanuele Filiberto Street but opposite to the B&B.
When you arrive you will come provided of tikets ( € 1,80 for person for day ). There is no limitation at the breakfast-time.

From every direction you arrive, we want to show you the more simple way from the G.R.A. (a ring-road around Rome) to the B&B.
In syntesis: You turn to the high-way A24 (Roma-L’Aquila) in the Center direction. You turn from the A24 to the Tangenziale Est in the San Giovanni direction.
You follow the direction signes for San Giovanni Square.
You turn from San Giovanni Square to Via Emanuele Filiberto (stop at n° 271).


By train
First: From every stations of Rome, you must to arrive to Termini Station.
Second: From Termini Station you must to take the Underground Line A (Anagnina-direction) and stop to Manzoni. When you go outside from the Underground you are already in Emanuele Filiberto Street (n°271).


By airplane
From Leonardo da Vinci airport (Fiumicino) you take the train for Roma Termini station. From Termini Station you must to take the Underground Line A (Anagnina-direction) and stop to Manzoni. When you go outside from the Underground you are already in Emanuele Filiberto Street (n°271).
From Ciampino airport you must to take the bus-connection for the Underground Line A (Anagnina).
Then, you take the Underground and stop to Manzoni-station When you go outside from the Underground you are already in Emanuele Filiberto Street (n°271).
