Still, at 1 Km. from the B&B, you can also reach the Archeological Appian Park and the Domus Aurea , Emperor Nero’s Villa.The flat situated on the 4th floor (with lift) is quiet, bright and has a pleasant view, over a little castle of the 17th century. It has recently been redecorated to a high standard in a modern-style.Connections: From the square of San Giovanni, which is one of the most important connection points in the city one can catch BUSES and COACHES to all destinations. While, via the UNDERGROUND (line A – Manzoni stop) that is 50 metres from B&B it is possible, in a few minutes, to reach the Spanish Steps, Popolo Square and St Peter’s. The central railway station of Rome (TERMINI) is only at five minutes away by taxi; or two stops away by tube (line A). With the same UNDERGROUND ( line A) is possible to arrive also near the Ciampino’s airport.

The room was excellent. Lino is excellent guy, helpful and talkative. The breakfast could be a bit much more various and sophisticated but ti was not bad. We enjoyed our staying there, which was a coultural trip, to get to know the old Rome.

We let the owner know when we would arrive, and when we arrived half an hour late, we were stranded outside in the street with luggage and all. The room were very clean and exceptionally spacious. If you don't speak French or Italian, hand-signals will have to do! An easy stroll to the Colosseum and the Metro.

We weren't able to have breakast in bar near b&b for the both two days we were in rome. The reason? The bar was closed! So why did we have to pay for that service? Bathroom, though shared, was clean and confortable.

It is possible to have two rooms in the same B&B; for a group of 4/5 people the entire flat is available with the Holiday Home formula.The rooms (completely decorated with original stuccos) both have a refrigerator, TV and air-conditioning. The rooms are spacious, with high walls, panoramic and elegant..The main room, the“Shell Room”, is composed of an open space of 23 sqm composed of a living room with a small kitchen , and a double bed at a higher level. The “Fresco Room”, for two people, is a room very comfortable and spacious.An extra bed can be put in either of the rooms.The bathroom situated in the hall is for both of the rooms.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: €2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. In the suite "shell room" is not incluse in the price the use of the small kitchen. This, in total discretion of the B&B's staff, is possible to use with 15 € more every day; only when you stay more of 4 days.
