The manager Giulia is very nice. She speaks very good English and very kind. We got lots of help from her. The B&B Roman is a cozy place to stay. The 4-beds room is a bit small for 4 person, but the small kitchen and public area is good, make you feel like home.

Great B&B. Giulia was perfect host. Felt at home immediately. Area is SO pleasant just a few hundred meters up the hill from Tiburtina metro stop (also on trian line to FCO airport) past a dog park on the left and you're there. If you pass the gellateria, go back ten feet (great place for a 1.5€ treat), press button for Roman B&B. Be sure to have emailed Giulia with your time of arrival. There's a lift if you need it and handicap access. You'll get the keys to the place (all four of them!) and lots of advice on how to do Rome. On up the gentle slope on the left is the tiny Casa Lune pizzeria. Great buy. We fed all three of us w drinks for 15-20€. We were adopted as locals with just the second visit (a free soda and 'rounding' down perks). On the right side of the street is a fruit stand and at the top of the 'hill' are all sorts of shops and bars including a 24 h pharmacia. Remodeling was going on so the ding on cleaning; other young tennants were noisy past 23:00 (really should stress strict silence policy after 22:00). Kitchen could use a microwave. Loved the place & would return provided Giulia was there.

Roman is a really nice and tidy place. The B&B is not so big but it got what you need for a few days in the capital, standard breakfast and coffe that get you started, a bit small area for breakfast if all inhabitants were to eat at the same time. Roman has not the most spacious rooms nor the most spacious toilets or showers but we are not here to spend our time in the room so for us it was perfect. Small and very nice for a good price. The manager was very welcoming and very helpful. I would like to see the "How-to-get-here" description changed a little. Now it mentions two Metro stations and you get the expression that it is located in the middle but it's not. We got of the Metro a stop to early and had to walk almost to the next stop. Better to only mention the closest stop to were Roman is located to not confuse new guests. I would go there again if I were to go back to Rome.

This is a small B&B there are only 4 rooms, but it was clean and there was air condition. It was far from the city but it was right next to the metro so it was easy to get around. Great gelato place next door.

I enjoyed the stay at this B&B very much. Gulia was VERY nice. She even stayed up and waited for us to let us in when we came late (around midnight) after our plane delay. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Refrigerator full of food for breakfast. Close to the metro station. I would recommend this place to other travelers.

This is a small B&B. Good value for money. Manager is very friendly and nice. She brought extra breakfast for us - not that we didn't like the stuff in the kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood but very close to metro station so transit was easy.

Roman b&b is great for the money you pay. It`s nothing luxurious but very clean and has everything you need. The breakfast is self serving and is available during the whole day. The lady who runs it is really kind and helpful and her English is excellent. It`s a little bit far from the city center but the metro and bus station is very close and it`s take about 10 minutes by metro to the center. There is a direct train from Fiumicino airport to the nearby station (Tiburtina). We were very satisfied and I really recommend it.

Nice bed & breakfast, near the metro, gelateria (next door) and pizzeria. We stayed there in the 4p room. The room is spacious, the kitchen is small. Breakfast is fine, toast with jam/cheese/ham. The last day it included yoghurt. Good neighborhood.

We had a good room, it was clean and big enough. The owner, Giulia, was very friendly and helpfull, she has told us a lot about Rome. There was always enough food in the kitchen and it was nice that we could take it when we wanted to. Even it was at midnight. There was also the possibility to cook a simple dinner there if we wanted. Sometimes it was a little bit noisy, but we have slept well.

Great Place to spend your vacation in Rome, not so far from cities and close to Metro/ Rail station anyway. Julio is welcome with hospitality and good recommendation. Even though found the hot shower is not working properly but still acceptable.

Although it was cheap and the building located 5min from the train station, the area was very suburban and you could see it by the look of the graffitis on the trains. The parking was 4 euro per day, street parking, just under the window. Tiburtina station is just 4 stops from central station. We unfortunately got unlucky with the neighbour room rented to a couple with 3 young noisy kids that woke up very early and didnt sleep until late. They left the shared bath dirty after use. The breakfast is just self service coffee, a pack of white bread with butter/jam. Write your room number on your pack of milk if you dont want the other rooms to drink it..
