Staff is very nice. Location is near Metro and Tibertina train station. The bathroom is too small, and the room door lock need to maintain.

Near train station. Near metroline. Not a very pretty part of town. B&b is very clean and well-kept. Very talkative, helpful host. Kind of awkward in how she moved our stuff from bedroom to bedroom to accommodate other guests.

I stayed 2 nights at Roman B&B. The apartment is easy to find and very nearby Tiburtina station, around 5 mins walk. Giulia is so nice and patient that introduce Roma to us and advise our schedule and direction. We arrived at 11:30am, she welcomed us a cup of coffee and let us take a rest before we start our visit. Common area and kitchen is good, and we can make coffe in the morning. However the ensuite bathroom is quite noisy as the plumbing system is keep running while you using the tap and shower. Because the water heater is slow, my husband had to wait 20 mins after I had bath. Overall, I like the B&B as it is warm and vale for money.

We enjoyed our stay at the Roman B and B. It was only a five minute walk from the Tiburtina station. Lovely neighbourhood with pizzerias all around. There were markets, a pharmacy and a lovely gelataria all within the block. The building is very nice and well kept. We had a quad room that was very cozy for the four of us but served us fine. Giulia was there to meet us with helpful hints and suggestions. We shared a kitchen with the other rooms but had our own bathroom. Lovely stay and central to everything!

They dont prepare any breakfast, you have to prepare everything yourself. There were no eggs or cheeses in the fridge. We had to buy the staff for the breakfast. Bathroom is very small, The room we stay close the grabage area so we woke up when the garbage truck came to pick up the garbage, that is why the room was little bit noise. The this bed and breakfast close to metro, and bus stop.

Great place, at first, the owner came late in welcoming us, making myself walking around looking for a public phone to call the owner. However, when returned to the main door, the owner was there. After checking in, found out that the room was extremely good. Not only that, the whole apartment was GREAT!!!!

We had a wonderful stay here. The owner proved to be an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. The rooms (as well as the bathrooms) were clean and well-maintained - I honestly have a worse bed mattress at home. All in all, we had a wonderful experience staying here, and given that we traveled there to take part in the Rome Marathon (our first), one to remember fondly. Highly recommended.

The owner knows good English and is very friendly. Great stay. Decent price. Only complaint was that the Italian street house numbering is not intuitive and trying to find the building is tricky. The map is actually reasonably accurate, but you have to ignore the street numbering for the first couple of blocks from the metro, otherwise you will conclude that the building cannot exist.

We chose this B&B based on the high ratings of other travellers. However, we found that this place was more of a hostel rather than a B&B, and therefore the price did not reflect the quality of what we expected. The pros: very clean facility, friendly and helpful host, close to public transportation and direct trains to the airport and railway station. The cons: although close to public transportation, this B&B is in a very shady neighborhood. The room had no A/C and opening the window resulted in an extremely noisy and smelly night - our room window faced a main road and was right above the garbage bins. Our bathroom was so tiny we could barely turn around in it - and we're small people. A shameful breakfast choice of wonderbread and fake cheese (in Italy!), and 2 out of 3 kitchen appliances not working (kettle, coffee maker). Definitely not worth the money!

The manager Giulia is very nice. She speaks very good English and very kind. We got lots of help from her. The B&B Roman is a cozy place to stay. The 4-beds room is a bit small for 4 person, but the small kitchen and public area is good, make you feel like home.

Great B&B. Giulia was perfect host. Felt at home immediately. Area is SO pleasant just a few hundred meters up the hill from Tiburtina metro stop (also on trian line to FCO airport) past a dog park on the left and you're there. If you pass the gellateria, go back ten feet (great place for a 1.5€ treat), press button for Roman B&B. Be sure to have emailed Giulia with your time of arrival. There's a lift if you need it and handicap access. You'll get the keys to the place (all four of them!) and lots of advice on how to do Rome. On up the gentle slope on the left is the tiny Casa Lune pizzeria. Great buy. We fed all three of us w drinks for 15-20€. We were adopted as locals with just the second visit (a free soda and 'rounding' down perks). On the right side of the street is a fruit stand and at the top of the 'hill' are all sorts of shops and bars including a 24 h pharmacia. Remodeling was going on so the ding on cleaning; other young tennants were noisy past 23:00 (really should stress strict silence policy after 22:00). Kitchen could use a microwave. Loved the place & would return provided Giulia was there.

Roman is a really nice and tidy place. The B&B is not so big but it got what you need for a few days in the capital, standard breakfast and coffe that get you started, a bit small area for breakfast if all inhabitants were to eat at the same time. Roman has not the most spacious rooms nor the most spacious toilets or showers but we are not here to spend our time in the room so for us it was perfect. Small and very nice for a good price. The manager was very welcoming and very helpful. I would like to see the "How-to-get-here" description changed a little. Now it mentions two Metro stations and you get the expression that it is located in the middle but it's not. We got of the Metro a stop to early and had to walk almost to the next stop. Better to only mention the closest stop to were Roman is located to not confuse new guests. I would go there again if I were to go back to Rome.

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Refrigerator full of food for breakfast. Close to the metro station. I would recommend this place to other travelers.

Roman b&b is great for the money you pay. It`s nothing luxurious but very clean and has everything you need. The breakfast is self serving and is available during the whole day. The lady who runs it is really kind and helpful and her English is excellent. It`s a little bit far from the city center but the metro and bus station is very close and it`s take about 10 minutes by metro to the center. There is a direct train from Fiumicino airport to the nearby station (Tiburtina). We were very satisfied and I really recommend it.

Nice bed & breakfast, near the metro, gelateria (next door) and pizzeria. We stayed there in the 4p room. The room is spacious, the kitchen is small. Breakfast is fine, toast with jam/cheese/ham. The last day it included yoghurt. Good neighborhood.

We had a good room, it was clean and big enough. The owner, Giulia, was very friendly and helpfull, she has told us a lot about Rome. There was always enough food in the kitchen and it was nice that we could take it when we wanted to. Even it was at midnight. There was also the possibility to cook a simple dinner there if we wanted. Sometimes it was a little bit noisy, but we have slept well.

Although it was cheap and the building located 5min from the train station, the area was very suburban and you could see it by the look of the graffitis on the trains. The parking was 4 euro per day, street parking, just under the window. Tiburtina station is just 4 stops from central station. We unfortunately got unlucky with the neighbour room rented to a couple with 3 young noisy kids that woke up very early and didnt sleep until late. They left the shared bath dirty after use. The breakfast is just self service coffee, a pack of white bread with butter/jam. Write your room number on your pack of milk if you dont want the other rooms to drink it..
