The breakfast was not a real breakfast, italian people do not eat in the morning, they only take a strong coffee and that's it. So the breakfast was a bit poor but there was a pasticceria in the neighboorhood so it was not a problem.

Hotel is B&B and room was fine for the price. Breakfast was very poor and almost no coffee available. Very nice neighbourhood quiet and close to the Metro

I stayed in a 2 bed room for single use. I really enjoyed staying there because it was clean, friendly, near to the metro and to the historical sights and all the interesting places in rome and because it was exactly the same as discribed at the homepage. If I ever come back to rome I will stay in this bed & breakfast again.

I appreciated to be the 1st guest in this apartment.It's really close to the subway and tram especially is really close to the attractive place in Rome just walking distance. If I visit Rome again i prefer this place. The owner can speak English every well and Japanese. They are really helpful at first arriving. The room and the pictures in the web are really the same. The bathroom is really clean. It's very easy to reach the apartment from airport just take the train to Termini station about 11Euros, alight at Ottaviano subway station (I recommend to buy visit pass, if u stay more than 2 days) and walk just a little bit will reach the property.

On the fourth floor of an elegant historical building (complete with private elevator), this apartment is available in two configurations: twin or double bedroom. The independent rooms are both simple and comfortable and includes a private bath (or shower), color television, air conditioning, heating, linens in addition to being fully furnished.

The building has no access restrictions, allowing for 24/7 guest access.

Included/Not Included in the price

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: €2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Every morning, guests are provided with a full delicious Italian continental breakfast (included in the price) with an assortment of coffee, tea, fruit juices, milk, jam butter, nutella, croissants, cookies with other extras available on request. A safe for valuables is available upon request. Underground parking is available upon request for an additional fee (via Andrea Doria). Guided tours are also available upon request with the highly knowledgeable owner Fabio who is fluent in Italian, Japanese and English.

Highway A1, GRA (Ring Road), exit Salaria direction center (for people coming from the north) or bypass East (coming from the south). Continue along tangential direction Olympic stadium, then Piazzale Clodio; along Lungotevere della Vittoria, at the 4th traffic lights turn right into Viale delle Milizie, up to number 108.



By train
From Termini station with the subway A direction Battistini, stop Ottaviano/San Pietro (B&B is only 200 mt. far). With bus 70 (Clodio direction), stop Milizie/Angelico (then just walk 150 mt.).



By airplane
From Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci) train to Termini Station and then proceed as above. From Ciampino: 1) Shuttle Bus Ciampino-Termini Station and proceed as above. 2) Or Airport Bus-Anagnina; from here take the A subway line until the stop Ottaviano S. Pietro.
