This was our first time in Rome and we were basically booking a room blind. Gina, who operated the B&B, was an excellent hostess and catered to our desires. Breakfast was more than ample. Gina was always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and our departure good.

Economical B & B. Not fancy but extremely clean, hospitable, close to Metro & Vatican. Earplugs would be helpful because of street noise at night. Wonderful continental breakfasts. We loved our stay here.

Roma Centro San Pietro is very conveniently located - within a 20 minute walk or short subway ride of the Vatican. The room for two was spartan but spacious and comfortable. Service was attentive and friendly and breakfast was above par. Our single complaint had to do with the overpowering (almost sickening) odor of air freshener/cleaning product in the room when we arrived, and then again after it was cleaned two days later. Some people might not be bothered(it beats cigarette smoke, to be sure), but for those with environmental sensitivities or just aversion to strong scents, such olefactory assualts can seriously detract from an otherwise pleasant stay. Fortunately, we were able to leave the windows open for most of our time in the room.

I really enjoyed this Bed & breakfast! It was the first time I have been there, I went there with two american friends that would like to visit St.Peter's basilica. This Bed & breakfast is located close to the Vatican, very close to this Bed & breakfast there is the stop Cipro of the subway A, that connect this Bed & breakfas to the Termini train station and other places of Rome centre. The owners of this Bed & breakfast, Cinzia and Paolo, are amazing, they have a big heart. They welcome us with warmth, they treated us as good friends, so there we were feeling like at home. The breakfast is delicious: "cappuccino" and coffee from espresso machine, fresh pastries ("maritozzi" with cream, "cornetti" with jam, "saccotini" with chocolate) from the cake shop, fruits, yoghourt, and juice. A refrigerator is at the guest disposal. The rooms are nice, comfortable and quiet, they have air conditioning, fast e-mail connection, television and safety box. Very close to this Bed & breakfast there is the restaurant "La fornace", they cook very delicious roman cuisine. I would return to this Bed & breakfast!

By carFrom Rome’s Ring Road take exit number 1, named “Roma-Aurelio/Citta’ del Vaticano”. Go straight down about 6,7 km in order to get to house number 115 on the right side of Via Angelo Emo. There , turn left on Viale degli Ammiragli. Cross the crossroads with the traffic light. The first street on your rigth is Via Giorgio Scalia. We are at 39.
By train
From Termini Railway Station take the subway line A going to Battistini and Get off at Cipro Subway Station. Take “Via Venticinque Exit”. After the stairs take the first street on the left, that is Via Giorgio Scalia, we are at 39.
By airplane
