This place is an absolute gem and I loved every second of it. The owner contacted me and kept great contact throughout the duration of our stay- even helped get the electricity back on when we blew a fuse. At first we were nervous because our apartment was outside of the office and around the corner but after two doors, and elevator to the fifth floor and two more doors we found ourselves on top of a penthouse apartment overlooking via nazionale with a balcony, a full kitchen, a king size bed and an updated bathroom and a TV. We were so excited! Well worth the money, the location and the service is excellent, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Complessivamente il soggiorno è stato buono. L'ascensore funzionava. Proprietari squisiti e disponibili. Torneremo presto. Aspettateci.

Struttura molto accogliente e tranquilla.

Location is good. Cleanliness is good. Bathroom is private, but out of the room. Breakfast isn't really a breakfast!

We were supposed to have a quadruple room to comfortably sleep 4. The room was two levels, with a spiral staircase leading to a loft. the celing was so low, I cranked my head and had a headache for 2 days. The downstairs bed was pullout couch, and once you openend it, their was no-where to move in the room-you could not even open the main door to get out-definite fire hazard. "Breakfast" was a basket of rolls on the table and milk and juice in a fridge that did not operate well to keep them fresh. The bathroom was falling apart, ast the water from the shower sprayed over the top and all over everything, and the tiolet paper fell off the wall. The sink threatened to do the same. The only saving grace was the lift, and the convenient location to the termini.
