Bed and Breakfast Rhome86 - Rome

Only four rooms which we thought was kind of odd. The rooms were good size and clean. The building where it's located is kind of old and it's not very easy to find (like an apartment type). There are no receptionists and we never saw anyone expect the day we arrived. They did give us advice on what to visit even though it's not so close to the main sights. Nice place to stay if you're traveling with friends or solo. Not for families or couples though.

Nice, modern decor, reasonably close to main train station, good restaurants and nice neighborhood within a couple of blocks more, very nice owner/staff. Good value for the money - Rome can be pricey.

We had an awesome time at this B&B. Antonio was very accomodating and helpful. I would recomend it to anyone.

We dont stay in this B&B never more. Our reception was in a hurry, the room was very small, the door was broken (I can't close), the shower was broken. The breakfest was too poor, dont had any butter, only jams. We ask for butter and the answer was "its over" - for 5 days... They charge the payment in the credit card (2%).

It is one of the best B&B I have stayed in. The rooms are clean, the staff is excellent. Sergeo and Antonio made our stay really comfortable. The location is very close to the Roma Termini station and metro stop if within 100 mtrs of the place.I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a B&B in Rome.

A Fab little b&b, We were looked after by Sergio who was very welcoming, Ideally situated next to a metro station it is a great base for sight seeing! Great value for money and the fresh pastries for breakfast were a nice start to the day. We stayed in the purple room suitable for three people and was ample space for what we needed. Would definitely recommend the b&b and the transfer service that they offer!

Our room had no windows (just a small fence about 10 X 100 cm above the guardrobe. The bathroom had one, facing the interior of the buiding. The filter of the airconditioning fancoil was incredibly dirty, never found one in such a bad condition. Good breakfast facilities.

This hotel was very conveniently located to public transport and sights. Antonio provided excellent details on how to get to B&B. The B&B was very clean and delightfully decorated. Excellent breakfast including a selection of freshly baked pastries and freshly brewed coffee. I understand there are plans to further improve this property, such as soundproofing rooms and providing audio guides on places of interest. Antonio was a charming and very helpful, caring host. This would be my first choice of accommodation if visiting Rome again.

The hotel, rooms, breakfast space and especially the service exceeded from far our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a remarkable atmosphere , good taste decorations and good position close to the main railway station. The tram on the main street makes some noise, but that's hardly hotel's fault. Breakfast is perfect, both quantity and quality. We hope to come back one day.

The hotel is nice, easy to reach, next to the metro, so easy to go everywhere. We liked a lot, I recommend it 100%

Antonio the owner, is fantastic! He came and picked us up at the airport (40 euro extra) and we're glad he did! Don't think we would have found the B&B if he hadn't picked us up. The B&B looked the same as it had in the pictures online. It was clean, Antonio was helpful and welcoming and it is a good location,especially if you arrive by train to Roma Termini (the main trainstation). Antonio is a true jem when looking for a good host. He even put a rose in our room for my birthday!

We had a great time and Antonio was wonderful. Hope to stay there again the next time we go to Rome..

A small, cozy an beautiful Bed & Breakfast. Sergio an Antonio were great hosts. The place is a little bit off the center for nightlife - but very near to the next metro station and the train station.

We had a great time,location is good for getting around Rome. The owner is very polite and helpful. Room was pretty, spacious ,clean,smelled nice!public areas were small,but well organised. I would definately recommend it to anyone,I would definately stay there again!

I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for comfortable and non-expensive accommodation in Rome. Antonio is very hospitable person and always ready to help you. Grazie tante!

This small B&B is a real find in terms of price, location, claeness, services and courtesy of the owner. Ours was a lovely stay. We will definitely go back.
