Inn Relais Le Clarisse - Rome

Excellent location in Rome for touring and dining. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

This hotel was in a neighborhood off the beaten path of tourists, yet close to everything. It is a 20-30 minute walk to the Coloseum and ruins. Our room was large, only complaint was that the AC wasn't properly sized and located for the room. Had a very pretty courtyard for eating breakfast. Make sure you take a detailed map of the hotel location! Our cab driver couldn't find it even with our map. Luckily, we got dropped off a couple of blocks away and we can read a map better than a Rome cab driver and found it fine. Cab ride from Termini Stazione to the hotel was 15-20 euros.

The room is quite spacious, very clean and smart. good breakfast. the place is near the most famous places, public transport is near too. the price is a bit high, but it is worth while.

Excellent services, cleanliness and staff attention. Really good breakfast, very good weather and atmosphere. Just one comment, at night there was a terrible noise, after a couple of hours doing deeper investigation, we found out the root cause.It was the fridge inside the wardrobe, we solved it switching off. What a huge fail for services and facilties inside the room.Other things excellent

The Relais Le Clarisse helped make our 12 day visit to Rome a wonderful experience. First of all, the location is great -- we were within walking distance of nearly all of the major tourist places - the Coliseum, the Pantheon, the Capitoline Museum, and many of the beautiful churches, plazas and fountains. Also, there are many great restaurants very close. The staff of the hotel was the most friendly I've ever encountered -- each and every one of them spoke very good English and was so helpful and kind. I came to think of them as good friends! Breakfast was good and was served in a very charming little room. The rooms off the courtyard and in the annex next door (we were in both) were exceptionally clean and very nicely decorated. I have not one complaint - I consider myself very fortunate to have discovered this hotel and would enthusiastically recommend it to others!

No coffee for breakfast, tables dirty and with leftovers of previous customers' breakfast. Assistant cleaning cutlery and cups in ther breakfast room. No wi-fi in the rooms. Too much noise from the engine of the stalls outside.

This hotel is absolutely perfect. The only problem was construction work starting early in the morning next door, but that is a temporary issue.

We have stayed multiple times in old Rome and this is the top value for location and quality. Clean rooms, common area with Internet, great location, and impeccable service are all in play. If i had one minor complaint it would be slightly small rooms for two travelers with bags. They are not by any means the micro rooms typical in Rome

The Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly.We stayed with 2 young children. The courtyard, room and location were perfect. I would definitely stay here again. It would be top of my list.

A charming garden retreat at the edge of Trastevere. Only five rooms or suites with a large common olive-tree-filled courtyard where we could eat breakfast. Personalized service by the owner, a driver who provides discounted transport to the airport, and the ultimate breakfast provider/chambermaid/overall maintenance woman. We look forward to returning.

Lovely, lovely hotel. The staff could not have been more hospitable and accommodating. A little gem in the heart of Trastevere!
