Bed and Breakfast Palma Residence Castro Pretorio - Rome

Terrible place!!, the worst hotel we'd ever been, here are just SOME reasons: 1. Dirty place, the pillows and the sheets was stained with something brown... maybe blood? who knows... 2. The elevator was so old... you can barely get into with one or maybe 2 bags... no more, oh by the way, the room was in the 4th floor and the old elevator was malfuntioning 2 days... 3. You have to use earplugs if you want sleep, you can hear EVERYTHING from the others rooms... even when they use and flush the toilet... 4. We asked for a shuttle to go to the airport (€ 55)... but if you walk 3 blocks you can find another one for € 8. 5. You are by your own, here is no 24h service, no even a telephone in your room. 6. No restaurant. 7. In winter, we had to take a couple of showers with COLD water, NO hot water service for 2 days. 8. Every time that you take a shower the complete bathroom was flooding, some times even the waters came out to the room. 9. 2 days with no soap, shampoo, nothing... 10. The Internet: it's a totally mess, if you want to catch signal you have to go to the room's door and don't move!!, even doing so, you will loose the signal every 4-5 minutes. that's pretty much I can remember about the "lovely" stay in the Palma Residence Castro Pretorio"

Standard twin en-suite. Good location but very poor on everything else despite being clean and tidy. Subject to a request for refund and separate details sent to customer services and the B&B. Main problems:- No hot water from 9.30 in the evening and still cold when we left next morning at 7am. No explanatory information in room (only detail was change in local bus times), breakfast not provided and no information given on how to obtain. Free wifi was locked and no code provided. Sat TV limited a very small selection of channels. No phone, no in-room tea/coffee. Safe locked and no information. Reception in a different block and no way to contact other than walking.Shower didn't work properly (head blocked). Lift instructions didn't make sense. One thin blanket on bed and no other linen.

Close to Termini station!! Staff really friendly and polite. Good value for the money.

Breakfast was not included as expected from a B & B. The television didn't work, the window was broken, the water didn't get hot, the bathroom was outside the room. The room reserved was not available

The hotel was grate and it has a perfect ubication only 3 blocks away from termini station. near the turistic buses and places to eat. the room was very nice and comfortable. people there was very nice. i do belive it's a little expensive.
