Really nice, if basic B&B. It was the location I was looking for, close to an underground. So easy to get to from the airport, cheaply, using public transport. And good base to stay. To walk to tourist sites. And Easy to get to Tivoli via public transport from there, also.

Very clean room, nice, wide and quiet. The place around was full of restaurants, cafès, shops and very very near to Termini Station (2 min by feet). The ideal place for a nice weekend in Rome. Guarantee. Saved in my favorites.

The breakfast was very poor. A pre-packed sweet bread with tea or coffee and cordial (not juice). A little effort here would have been nice.

When I booked the room, my only requirement was a room for two person with private bathroom. I arrived at 11PM on Sept. 30. When we pressed the bell, no one answered the call immediately so I pressed again. Lateron, the landlord shouted to us, said that it was too late and we should not press the button for a long time. To be frank, this was because we did not receive any response. When we saw the room, we were shocked. This was a big room but with 4 beds and one sofa bed. The room was quite dirty and with dirt on the floor. It was not a twin room. Also, there was no private bathroom. We have to share the bathroom with another man who was living in another room. We are two ladies and we feel really uncomfortable esp. when we were in the toilet and the man would like to use it. When I asked the landlord, her attitude was lousy. She insisted that it was the private bathroom. When I argued with her that we should not pay the same rate without a private bathroom, she just said that it was too late, and she did not want to say. She took the money away and gave me the receipt. On the next morning at round 7:30AM, we planned to go out but did not see the breakfast, so I knocked at her door. Again, she said that we did not tell her. She told us that the breakfast should be at 9AM - how come for the visitors to have breakfast at 9? We are coming for visit not for breakfast. I asked if we can have some hot water, she gave us a cup of tea and coffer, and each one with a tiny bread. On the second day cos we left at the same time, there was no breakfast for us. On the first day when we were back to the B&B, we asked the landlord to give us some hot water. After more than 10 mins, we received a pan with hot water - when the water cooled down, we saw oil floating on the top. Both of us did not have any intent to drink it. Neither will I stay at this hotel nor would I recommend this hotel to others. I swear what I said is 100% true!

Everything ok. Just one problem: rooms aren't soundproofed. So, if your room neighbours are noisy (and drunk) you will remain awake

It has an excellent location and price, it's clean and comfortable, it has a double room with private bathroom and 2 very large rooms, one of 3 and another 5 people, but these two have to share one bathroom. The biggest drawback is the hour of breakfast, people who carry the Bed & Breakfast sometimes are not in the morning or arrive very late, so if you want breakfast waiting for them to become the 10:00 or later.

The rooms may be clean but their service stinks a B&B person named Sole has no social skills whatsoever, the person named Vittoria is slightly better. They are both from Moldova and serve mostly russian-polish speaking clientele. Rude and obnoxious, we are greatly disappointed.

This was the first time I stayed in "Opera Street" ---clean room and bathroom---good bed---hardly seen someone or employees to turn to---breakfast: sealed bread--- If you only need a bed and a shower, "Opera Street" is oké for a few nights.

Great place! Best location in Rome, we had a massive room with private balcony, shared bathroom which was always kept very clean. I can highly recommend this B&B for value for money, location, cleanliness. Will stay there again for sure..

A clean, neat and simple place to stay. Owners are nice but kinder to natives than us English! Breakfast is a terrible effort of tiny plastic pastries and old fruit, but the beds are clean and comfortable. You will be expected to share a bathroom with a rather weedy shower, but in a hotel this small (an apartment B&B) it's not really a problem. I'd definitely stay here again on my limited budget, but go elsewhere if you can afford it. Great area to stay if you want to sightsee - you can walk everywhere in Rome anyway.

We spent there 3 nights. Room was large and clean but very cold, heating was turned off the whole day. After walking in the streets of Rome you need to rest a little bit, but it was quiet impossible, when you have 16-18 degrees in the room. IMPORTANT: we didn't have private bathroom like written on this webpage. Bathroom is outside your room and you share it with another rooms, so you have to plan your day (mainly in the morning when is busy) according to the availability of the bathroom. Rooms were very noisy - you could hear every word from next room. For breakfast, which was quite poor, we had to wait until 9;00, when a lady came to serve us. I do not recommend this place at all.
