Cardinal Agliardi’s street is a quite street located in the centre of Rome and is not disturbed by the annoying noises of the traffic even if it located at only 300 m from St Peter’s square.
The position of the B&B is ideal not only for tourists but also for whom needs to come for professional or private reasons.
You will be surprised by the simplicity and commodity of the apartment which has been realised in order to offer more than a simple stay.
Each bedroom has:

Each bedroom has its own bathroom with all the comforts (hairdryer, shower, towel warmer, bidet) With the exception of the high season, we make discount for parents of children that are staying at the Bambin Gesù’s paediatric Hospital.

My room wasn't well cleaned (there were abandoned things of other people and the wc was dirty!!), but the b&b is well located and comunicated with the main touristic places. it's just a bed on sleep...

Notte a San Pietro is a beautifull apartment with 3 rooms. It is located in a residential building, quiet area and about a 10 minute walk from Vatican City. The room had a modern decoration, was clean and have plenty of space for luggage and clothes. Piero is super organized and gave us a detailed explanation of how the room function (remotes for tv and windows, cards for lights, ect). We arrived a little late our first night, we got lost because of the bus stops and after a long walk we found Piero, the manager waiting for us in the street. I am sure nobody wait in the middle of the street for their guests if the didn't show for their reservation. Piero gave us our tickets for the daily breakfast in a nearby cafe. One filled croissant and one coffee or capuchino is included, this is a typical italian breakfast. Keep in mind the directions to reach the hotel by bus. Take bus #64 in the train station. Get off at the second stop after the tunnel (but remember to ring the bell in the bus after the first stop after the tunel). Get off the bus and cross the street, look for Via Paolo II street and then take the first street at left. Walk to the building in your front. It doesn't have a sign, walk to the front door and look for the number 16 then look for Notte a San Pietro in the tiny buttoms of the intercom.

The owner was friendly and forthcoming but did not speak any English at all which made the welcome a bit confused. Newly decorated and painted room and new tiles in bathrom. Good quality. Small but neat room, excellent cleaning, sheet, towels. 5 minutes walk to Basilica de San Pietro. Very quiet surrondings, no noise from traffic. Breakfast (coffee + brioche) in nearby café. No internet, no safetybox.

Si entra in un condominio anonimo, non ci sono insegne o indicazioni, ottima posizione, vicinissimo a San Pietro, anche se la zona del condominio non è proprio delle migliori. Le stanze sono nuove e arredate con gusto, credo siano tre in tutto.

Rooms are delicious, spacious and comfortable provided with electric shutters and entrance to the bedroom with a personal card. Rooms have air conditioning (adjustable) on request.

By carComing from the Grande Raccordo Anulare di Roma (circular road junction) , you have to exit on Via Aurelia – Città del Vaticano (exit n. 1) and proceed towards the city center; then follow the signs to Saint Peter.
By train
* Take the bus line n.64, get off at the stop San Pietro Largo di Porta Cavalleggeri (second stop after the tunnel): hence the B&B is only 30 metres distant (turn into via Bonifacio IIX and take the second street on the left).
* Take the train to Stazione San Pietro: the B&B is only 200 metres.
By airplane
FROM LEONARDO DA VINCI AIRPORT
* Take the train to Termini Station, take the bus line n.64, get out at the stop San Pietro Largo di Porta Cavalleggeri (second stop after the tunnel): the B&B is only 30 metres away from this bus stop (you will only have to cross the street and get into the first narrow street on the left).
* Take the train to Stazione Trastevere, change and get on the train to Stazione San Pietro: hence the B&B is only 200 metres distant.
FROM CIAMPINO AIRPORT
* Take the bus to the railway station of Ciampino or to the subway station “Anagnina”. The trains that will take you to Termini Station start from these stations; from Termini Station take the bus line n.64, get out at the stop San Pietro Largo di Porta Cavalleggeri (second stop after the tunnel): the B&B is only 30 metres distant from there (you will only have to cross the street and get into the first narrow street on the left).
* If you prefer, from Termini Station you can take the train to Stazione San Pietro: the B&B is only 200 metres away from it.
