It was a very lovely stay at Normarobby! The hosts are fantastic people, friendly and helpful. The Monteverde area is lovely and charming with nice cafes and shops. Easy bus ride will bring you to the city centre. Will definitely stay there again.

My daughter and i stayed 2 midweek nights in april. norma and robby could not be nicer or more helpful or accomodating. their flat is spotless. they are the very nicest people. everything exceeded our expectations. that said i would reluctantly make only one teeny tiny suggestion. the bedding is obviously clean, but maybe getting a little bit musty. fresher/newer covers etc would be a plus.

We stayed with our two children 5 days in Rom and we would recommend this B&B also for other travellers who are looking for a cheap accomodation. Norma is a very friendly and helpful person who serves you an excellent breakfirst in the morning. Bus stop, train station and a very good restaurant are near by. The street is very loud!

We loved our stay here. The B+B is located in the lovely home of Norma and Robby. The rooms are large and spacious, the decor is very nice, and Norma's Italian-style breakfasts have plenty of variety. Our room had an air conditioner, and we had a private bathroom, though we crossed the hall to get to it. Norma and Robby are very helpful, super-friendly, and made us feel completely at home. Trastevere, where Normarobby is located, is a bit far away from central Rome (expect lots of bus rides). All in all, however, it was a fantastic experience.

The property features two comfortable and finely-furnished double rooms, each equipped with a private external bathroom and each with the possibility of adding a third bed.One of the rooms is equipped with individual air conditioning while the other, a very quiet room, is equipped with a fan. Both rooms are provided with heating facilities.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.

How to reach Normarobby Bed and Breakfast
By carThe Grande Raccordo Anulare (ring road) is connected to all the main highways. From the Raccordo, you can exit at via del Mare and head towards the Centro. Follow the indications to viale Marconi, turn right onto the ponte Guglielmo Marconi bridge, turn right into piazza Augusto Righi then follow viale Guglielmo Marconi for another 350 metres. Then turn left into via Francesco Grimaldi, right into via Quirino Majorana and take the first exit at the roundabout into Viale dei Quattro Venti.
By train
From the Roma Termini railway station, take bus line 75 and get off at Piazza R. Pilo (in front of the Vascello Theatre). Take the 1st street on the left (via Sprovieri) and follow it to the end, then turn right onto viale dei Quattro Venti.
By airplane
From the Fiumicino Airport, situated around 25 km from the property, take the FM1 train to the Trastevere railway station. A taxi from the railway station costs around €5,00 to €8,00.
