Continental breakfast. A gentle background music will accompany your awakening to the smell of coffee in the breakfast room.A continental breakfast is included in the price: fresh croissants for everyone from the oven every morning, cereals, jams, biscuits, cookies. Beverages: Tea, American coffee, moka coffee, instant coffee, milk, cocoa, fruit juice. All this prepared the same morning and left for the guests during the hours between 8.30 and 9.30 (service on request: breakfast in your room or in other times). Free of charge for guests: Kenwood toaster, a microwave oven Whirlpool, kettle Aries, American coffee machine and coffee mocha. Services on request: modern and efficient kitchen for any personal needs, complete with pots and utensils. You will also find in the area PC (for free) also a mini bar from which you can drink at a lower cost than the bar the major brands of soft drink cans.

A small, cozy an beautiful Bed & Breakfast. Sergio an Antonio were great hosts. The place is a little bit off the center for nightlife - but very near to the next metro station and the train station.

We had a great time,location is good for getting around Rome. The owner is very polite and helpful. Room was pretty, spacious ,clean,smelled nice!public areas were small,but well organised. I would definately recommend it to anyone,I would definately stay there again!

This small B&B is a real find in terms of price, location, claeness, services and courtesy of the owner. Ours was a lovely stay. We will definitely go back.

Room Details

All rooms have private bathrooms with hair dryer and liquid soap, air conditioning, digital TV, safe (on request).The beds are comfortable, the mattresses are completely covered with hinged mattress covers for greater hygiene and environmental sanitation, as well as non-allergenic pillow, sanitized periodically by the structure. The rooms are washed up every day and the towels are changed for you, if released between 9.30 and 10.30 (outside these hours you lose the right to have the room cleaned that day). On-demand service in the room: safe, wake-up call, breakfast in bed. In the common area: PC with free wireless access and free use of corner mini bar where drinks cost better than the bar.
