I very much enjoyed my stay at My Life - was immediately made to feel very welcome by the very kind host and his wife. The location was convenient for me - and is also not too far from the centre of town. I found the walk into town, through the Borghese park towards the Spanish Steps, particularly lovely towards sunset. Breakfast options are perhaps a bit limited compared to a big hotel but is very homely.

The price for the quality is excellent. We paid 98 euros for a double with private bath. The owners were present, clean, well mannered and assisted with everything from locations on were to park for free to bus maps and ticket for the bus (which is great if you arrive late). The room was clean and comfortable if not exotic. Came with TV too. I would be comfortable recommending this to my boss for example as a great value B&B. The bathroom was spacious and clean and the only problem was the toilet that seemed to take a long time to fill. Plenty of instant hot water. Breakfast was nothing special, a continental breakfast, but more than enough to go around. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Easy bus transfers, walking distance to both Northern parks and right next to some funky neighborhood that seems more Barcellona than Roma. The only thing is does not do is compare with services to a large hotel but that is not a complaint as it is a B&B.

Nachdem der Vermieter uns schon am Vorabend unserer Reise angerufen und über die Busverbindungen informiert hatte,holte er uns bei unserer Ankunft in der Nähe der Haltestelle ab.Ein netter Service! Da das Zimmer mit eigenem Bad sehr dunkel ist, würde ich das Zimmer mit Badmitbenutzung wählen, zumal alles tipptopp sauber ist.

MyLife is a very attractive place to stay, which can certainly be recommended! The access by public transport (bus, tram) is very good, both during day and night time. Hovever, the entrance is not easy to find. But without asking him for this, the owner of the place was waiting for us to arrive at the bus stop. This was very very nice from him and very helpful.

This accomodation was appropriate for modest people who like clean room with bathroom. I would recommend it definitely to friends who want to visit Rome.

How to reach My Life Bed and Breakfast

By car
From the North from A1 highway Milano-Napoli exit at Roma Nord. After the tool booth take the first exit Settebagni in direction of Roma Centro. Follow via Salaria, coast on your right Villa Ada. After Villa Ada a central traffic island starts. Proceeding, you will arrive on a big crossroad between Viale Regina Margherita and Viale Liegi. After 50 meters, on via Arno is located the B&B at the number 51.
From the South from Salerno-Reggio Calabria highway exit at Roma Est and proceed to Roma Centro. Turn towards Tiburtina-Casal Bertone and follow the indications to Foro Italico/Nomentana/Tiburtina. From Tiburtina train station reach Viale Regina Margherita, proceed until Piazza Buenos Aires and take the first street on the right Via Garigliano that crosses Via Arno. The B&B is located at the number 51.

By train
From Rome Termini Central Station take the bus 92, get off at Piazza Buenos Aires and take Via Arno. The B&B is located at the number 51.
From Tiburtina train station take the underground Line B and get off at Policlinico stop, proceed with tram 19 or 3, get off in Piazza Buenos Aires and take Via Arno. The B&B is located at the number 51.

By airplane
From Rome Fiumicino-Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, take the direct train to Termini Station; or a shuttle bus direct to Termini Station. From there follow the indications above By Train.
