First, the owner is very nice and helpful and this is a great value for the money. Our family of 5 was able to stay in Rome VERY affordably. The location is convenient to the main train station in Rome, which is also nice. However, the location is not one of the prettier areas of Rome, and the view outside our windows was a dirty, enclosed area between buildings. The continental breakfast was certainly adequate, but the "free wifi internet" was not all it should have been. We had to open the door to the studio apartment and sit by the door to get a signal! That hardly qualifies as free wifi. It was fine for 2 nights and a great value for a family, but don't expect the Ritz Carlton.

The room was really small, we didn't like the neighborhood. If you re carrying luggage is not that easy to get to the hotel from the train station. The AC was supposely broken so it was terrible to sleep at night because of all the noise from the street. They only speak italian.

We enjoyed our stay as MOMI. It is a nice and small B&B with 4 guestroooms. In reality it was just as nice as the information and photo's made us expect. We stayed 2 nights in the very spacious Zanzibar room (with your own breakfast facilities in the room), and 1 night in the smaller Malindi room. The facilities in the Zanzibar are almost like a studio/appartment, with a couch, nespresso coffee machine, fridge (with milk, juice etc. provided for breakfast), toaster, water cooker, and flatscreen TV. The Malindi room is actually still a bit bigger and better decorated than what you would normally expect in a 2 star hotel. MOMI's location is okay, close to the Termini railway station and a Metro station even closer by. It is located on a large and busy street, so no worries about security as sometimes mentioned in the Termini area. There was only 1 disappointment back and 1 point for improvement. The disappointment is that we were not able sleep with open windows (Zanzibar too much streetnoise, Malindi smelly courtyard). The point for improvement is that the sitting space in the breakfast area is quite limited (only if you are not staying in the Zanzibar room).

B&B Momi had a good location for us coming from the train station, although you have to watch carefully for the nearest street because the sign on the buzzer is quite small. We really liked the nearness of the Metro stop and found it convenient to use. The self serve breakfast made a good start to the day. We would recommend the Momi as a convenient, inexpensive option, especially if you are going to be out visiting in the city most of the time.

The room that we stayed in was so small in comparison to what we had been led to believe, the photograph shown on the website was very misleading, as was the photograph of the hotel's exterior. The bathroom was barely big enough to move around in and was no bigger than a small cupboard. This is NOT a hotel but a small bed and breakfast located on a floor in an apartment block, again very misleading. We were told to bring the total amount of Euros's for the cost of our stay with us and to pay up front in cash before we got the key to our room, which I found a bit off putting to say the least. The price that we paid was way above the other 4* hotel we stayed in, had I known the difference in accommodation beforehand I would most certainly have chosen the other hotel.

The owners did not speak English very well, but we were able to communicate ok. They were always available for help/questions and were very friendly. The location was in the Asian area of Rome so nightlife was zero. There are no restaurants, cafes or grocery stores in the area. The metro was a block away and easy excess to the rest of Rome. We were two women on own and felt very safe in the area. I would stay here again because how friendly everyone was and the size of the apartment. Huge for Rome! However I would probably look for something closer to the middle of Rome for the cafes and restaurants. We missed out on the nightlife!

It was very nice to have our own appartment and we were very content with Momi. It was our first time in Rome and Momi is situated very near the metro station so it was easy for us to come around. It is also a good area to walk to the Collosseum and to a lot of the most popular areas in Rome.

Very helpful and friendly owners & staff. They made us feel very comfortable. They recognized that with all our luggage and our first glance at our room, we would like something larger & they immediately offered a larger room for the next 2 nights as it became available that next day. We were very pleased with the larger room. Since this was our first trip to Europe, we were not familiar with how small the bathrooms were so that took some getting used to but we soon found out that those at the Momi were not uncommon in other places either. Overall great stay. Would stay there again.

The room is in romantic orange/brown color and well decorated with delicate old-style furnitures, also the bathroom! however the shower room is a bit too small. The location of this B&B is quite convenient, just nearby the train station termini and next to the bus and (even tramway) stop. For food, there are several little shops and cheap indian restaurants around. We couldn't find ready food for microwave in the supermarket (SPAR) in the terminal of train station but we noticed there is a traditional market for local residents nearby. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to discover it. Overall it's a nice stay ^^

We liked it very much there. The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished. The staff was very friendly. It was nice to make breakfast on your own and regarding the typical Italian breakfast, the offer was very good with great coffee. It's true, it's quite noisy from outside, but you stay in a big city, and after closing the window and starting the air condition, it was okay. We like to walk and it was possible to reach many places by walking, but metro and bus stops are near. All of us would stay here again and recommend it to others.

This is a great find if you are looking for a room with some space that is affordable. The hosts are very friendly and the room was clean. The Termini area of Rome is not the nicest, but it is easy to get to any part of town. The metro is only a couple minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

The Momi is about a 15 minute walk from the main part of the Termini and has a Metro Stop one block from it. The people there are very pleasant and the room decor is new and different, with very nice tile in the bathroon of our room. Our room was small but very nice. I would definitely stay there again. The only major suggestion is they need to take credit card. With prices in the 100 euro range, it's just a pain to have to pay in cash.
